Mission/Position Headline:
Design automated production line processes, optimize mass production, resolve on-site manufacturing issues build standard process systems to maintain stable, high-efficiency high-yield line operation.
Areas of Responsibilities:
1.      Lead the intelligent manufacturing upgrade of the production line, complete automation solution research, feasibility analysis, implementation, achieve dual improvement of production efficiency product yield.
2.      Responsible fthe full process promotion of automation projects, from requirement docking, scheme design, equipment selection to on-site installation commissioning, controlling project progress delivery quality throughout the entire process.
3.      Establish a data collection system fthe production line, connect the data link between the automation equipment the upper management system, achieve visual monitoring of the production process.
4.      Resolve technical bottlenecks during the renovation process, optimize automation operation logic, develop standardized solutions freusable production line upgrades, synchronously complete the writing of technical documents fthe entire project process.
5.      Establish daily operation maintenance standards fequipment after the delivery of automation projects to ensure the long-term stable operation of intelligent production lines.
6.      Design of production line fixtures to serve production line optimization fboth automated non-automated projects.
7.      Other tasks assigned by supervisors.

  Experience

·      At least 3 years of experience in production line automation transformation in manufacturing enterprises.
·      At least 1 year of designing tooling fixtures.

Bachelors degree above, majin automation, mechatronics, mechanical electronics, electrical automation
