主要职责Essential responsibilities duties:
1）须按照国家法律，保证遵循并执行工厂HSE政策; As part of national legislation, guarantee the observance the application of the Faurecia’s HSE Policy in the site;
主要任务The main missions of the role are:
1) 确保公司环境管理体系及职业健康安全管理体系的有效运行，制定完善各种规章制度; Assure Implementation of the sites’ HSE Policy Occupational Health Policy;
2) 组织制定各岗位安全操作规程，危险源的辨识及风险评估;ganize HSE reviews define Safe Operation Procedure, hazard assessment risk evaluation;
3) 组织对安全事故，险发事故，安全隐患的现场调查，原因查找及改进计划的实施;Organize participate in the accident/incident analysis of the causes of the accident/incident. Participate in the development of prevention plans fall works that involve risks;
4) 执行推广佛吉亚HSE相关政策体系; Ensure the applicability of HSE tools methods;
5) 组织体系和HSE相关的内外部审核，并推动管理评审的进行; Coordinate relevant internal external inspection, ensure the compliance with HSE Regulations;
6) 组织开展培训和各类宣传活动，营造安全氛围，提高员工整体安全、环境意识和技能;Provide and/assure all necessary HSE trainings, participate in the Faurecia HSE network, to ensure safe working environment enhance safety environment awareness;
7) 参与新设备、新工艺、新布局的安全审核和验收，并跟踪至相关问题关闭; Participate in the new projects HSE reviews: equipment, process, layout. Make sure that there is a follow up of this action plan on a periodical implement the measures;
8) 对公司化学品进行安全管理，对各类职业危害因素进行监控，确保其符合相关的法律法规要求;Take care about chemicals management, monitoccupational hazards, to ensure are in accordance with regulations;
9) 负责公司内部消防管理事务，对公司的消防系统、消防器材进行维护保养，每年开展紧急疏散演习;Take care about fire prevention, maintain firefighting equipment.ganize annual emergency evacuation drill.
10) 负责劳保用品、安保人员及设施管理 / 调查和报告工伤事故;Take care about Personal Protective Equipment(PPEs) adapted to the risks assessed/ Investigate report industrial injury;
11) 承担公司相关BOS文件以及TS16949/OHSAS18000/ISO14000标准要求的管理责任，确保BOS文件的有效运行，在部门内完善BOS文件中的相关程序及其应用;ensure standards demanded by BOS documentation, TS 16949/OHSAS 18000/ISO 14000;
资格要求Qualifications :
理想候选人的期望/ The ideal candidate will have/be:
1) 教育背景/Education: 本科学历以上；理工科专业、安全工程专业优先;Bachelors degree in engineering with a specialization in Health, Safety&Environment;
2) 经验/ Experience: 有3年及以上外资或制造业行业HSE相关工作经验Minimum 3 years experience in HSE in an industrial environment
3) 技术和能力/ Skills competencies:
熟练HSE工具和方法的使用Knowledge of HSE tools methods
熟练问题诊断和分析Problem Diagnosis analytic skills
良好团队协作teamworking spirit
4) 语言能力/Language: 良好英语读写能力 good English reading written Skill

3) 熟悉并掌握IATF16949相关培训课程Familiar with master IATF16949 related training course
