工作职责:
1. Coordinate project cost, schedule quality targets fautomotive NPI projects with PM
2. Develop implement process improvements to increase productivity reduce costs
3. Apply statistical methods CPK, yield fanalyzing data to evaluate new products processes.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production operations
5. Responsible fmanufacturability pre-study at the early stage to assess the production concept
6. Coordinate reliability monitactivity address issues as needed.
任职资格:
1. Bacheldegree above majoring in electronics Engineering
2. 1-2 years of work experience in semiconductor
3. Experienced data analysis tools such as JMP.
4. Good communication skills English. CET 4 above
5. Organizing ability, excellent communication negotiation skills
