岗位职责 | Key Responsibilities
1、主导品牌相关活动的销售与客户拓展,包括定制活动、品鉴会、品牌体验。
2、发展MICE业务,与企业客户、机构和高端客户合作,拓展市场。
3、与市场、公关及运营团队协作,策划并执行高品质活动。
4、建立客户关系管理系统,促进客户转化与复购。
5、监测市场趋势,提出业务拓展建议。
1.Lead event sales client development fbrand-related activities, including bespoke events, tastings, experiences.
2.Grow the MICE business by collaborating with corporate clients, agencies, high-end clientele.
3.Work with marketing, PR, operations teams to plan deliver premium events.
4.Build maintain CRM systems to enhance client retention loyalty.
5.Monitmarket trends identify growth opportunities.
任职要求 | Requirements
1、3年以上活动销售、客户管理或会务业务经验,有高端活动或奢侈品背景优先。
2、熟悉MICE市场,具备优秀的销售与关系管理能力。
3、强烈的客户服务意识与结果导向思维。
4、出色的沟通与谈判技巧,良好的跨部门协作能力。
5、中英文流利,适应快速变化的创业环境。
1.Minimum 3 years of experience in event sales, client management, MICE business, preferably in premium luxury sectors.
2.Strong knowledge of the MICE industry with proven sales relationship management skills.
3.Client-centric with a results-driven mindset.
4.Excellent communication, negotiation, cross-functional teamwork abilities.
5.Fluent in Mandarin English; adaptable to a dynamic, fast-paced startup culture.
