Who you are:
● Act as line support fALPS at the factory/site.
● Actively support challenge the roll-out of ALPS together with the FM management team, nurturing an environment which enables the factory/site to follow the four priorities: Safety, Quality, Delivery Cost.
About the job:
● Act as the local communication link between the factory/site the ALPS Central Team (ALPS CET).
● Support ALPS in-site communication.
● Actively support challenge the daily running of ALPS in the factory/site.
● Participate in local PG/regional ALPS Steering Committee.
● Ensure that the factory/site ALPS Scorecard is reported on time according to standard.
● Ensure that all ALPS related material used in the factory/site is up to date standard, including all templates visuals.
● Run local ALPS Basic training support ALPS CET in preparation execution of locally run Central ALPS Basic training.
● Coordinate all local ALPS related training.
● Network with other local ALPS Drivers.
● Actively seek communicate possible best practice solutions both locally globally.
● Participate in Popcorn meetings ALPS Webinars.
● Coordinate support planning, preparation certification process of ALPS Installation fthe factory/site.
● Coordinate support planning, preparation execution of ALPS Progress Days fthe factory/site.
● Perform audits according to ALPS (SB Audit Dialogues, SOP Audit Dialogues (Improvement), 5S Audits).
● Participate in ALPS Core Teams.
● Submit initiatives/suggestions on improvements to ALPS standards to ALPS CET.
What you know:
● At least 5 years of relevant experience from production/manufacturing company
● Bachelor’s degree of above, majin mechanics, engineering automation industry will be preferred.
● Proficient in mastering knowledge tools related to Lean have participated in BB training certification.
● Project work experience is a plus
