We are interested in Interns fresh candidates fthis position
Key Responsibilities
-Quote responsibilities: check, amend, re-check on quotes, as requested; which include printing out quote sheets attach where appropriate.
-Offers responsibility: producing offers sending to the clients, manage itinerary changes on behalf of Sales (where needed)
-Go-Ahead responsibilities: prepare Go-Ahead documentation fthe Operations team, attach the offer letter, final itinerary,iginal quotes other documents on behalf of Sales (where needed)
-Provide admin documentation support to Sales team, in relation to market situation, destination/ competitanalysis, agent profiling, existing account management, reports, etc.
-Other support duties as when assigned by manager.
