Responsible fmaintain the highest standards of cleanliness in the public area throughout the hotel, through effective administration, training supervision of the staff.
负责酒店公共区域按高标准清洁，管理培训和监督员工。
1. Monitors Housekeeping personnel to ensure guests receive prompt courteous service
监督客房部工作人员，确保客人得到及时和礼貌的服务。
2. MonitHousekeeping personnel to ensure rooms, particularly those of priority members, known repeat guests other VIP’s receive special attention
监督客房部工作人员，确保客房，特别是美狮荟会员、熟客和其它贵宾的客房得到特别重视。
3. Responsible fthe cleanliness,derliness, sanitary conditions maintenance of all public area throughout the hotel under his / her jurisdiction.
指导并负责整个酒店的清洁卫生维修保养，并使PA工作井然有序的运行
4. Inspect daily all Executive Offices. Food Beverage outlets / restaurants, conference rooms, banquet halls, public restrooms toilets, back of the house offices, shopping arcade, lobby other areas of responsibility.
每日对餐厅、大堂、会议室、宴会厅、客用卫生间后区办公室、更衣室等区域的清洁情况，更衣室进行检查。
5. Orient train new employees. Conduct continuous training retraining n on-the –job training to subordinates according to approved systems procedures.
培训新员工，并按酒店操作程序对新员工进行在岗培训和其他形式的再培训。
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
岗位要求
1. 5 year experience in a similar capacity 5 year experience in a Hotel 1 year teaching experience.
5年相关工作经验或5年酒店工作经验
2. Fluent in both verbal & written English & Mandarin
出色的普通话及英语的口语和写作能力
3. Good interpersonal skills
良好的与人沟通的能力
