Customer Management
• Meet with customers to understtheir technical needs in current measurement 3D position detection scenarios.
• Communicate customer feedback, product improvement suggestions new application requirements to marketing R&D teams; track technical trends in the sensfield. • Prepare conduct product demonstrations (internally, at customer sites trade fairs) to showcase product performance application value.
• Provide continuous technical support to customers during product design-in, ramp-up mass production phases.
Technical Support & Solution Development
• Provide on-site remote technical support fcustomers, solve problems in product selection, hardware debugging, system integration signal optimization.
• Conduct requirements analysis based on customer needs (e.g., accuracy, bandwidth, power consumption), translate needs technical specifications provide customized solutions.
• Troubleshoot product application faults independently in collaboration with R&D teams, identify root causes deliver effective solutions.
• Optimize product application methods, such as EMC interference suppression temperature drift compensation, to improve product performance in practical applications.
Technical Communication & Training
• Act as the subject matter expert (SME) fHall current sensors 3D position sensors, serving as the final point of contact ftechnical enquiries.
• Provide technical training to internal staff (sales, support teams) customers, including product principles, debugging skills application precautions.
• Attend industry training learn new technologies, then apply the knowledge to improve support quality solution capability.
Technical Documentation
• technical materials, including application notes, debugging guides, supplementary datasheets FAQs fHall current sensors 3D position sensors.
• Document technical issues, solutions application cases, build a knowledge base to support efficient technical support work.
QUALIFICATIONS/KNOWLEDGE EXPERIENCE
Qualification
• Master degree in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, SensTechnology related majors (Bachelor’s degree with excellent relevant experience is acceptable).
• ＞5 years of experience in field application engineering technical support related to Hall current sensors, 3D position sensors semiconductchips.
• Proficient in Hall effect principle, familiar with open-loop/closed-loop Hall current sensors 3D position sensors (preferably 3D Hall effect type) their application methods.
• Solid foundation in analog/digital circuits, able to read schematics use test instruments (oscilloscope, multimeter, etc.) independently fdebugging fault troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with automotive industrial standards (e.g., AEC-Q100, ISO 26262) is a plus; experience in new energy vehicles, industrial automation energy storage fields is preferred.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience (Desirable)
• Good English reading, writing speaking skills, able to read English technical manuals communicate with international customers.
• Proficiency in problem-solving techniques tools; experience with simulation tools fmagnetic field analysis is a plus.
• Strong teamwork, communication project management abilities; able to adapt to short-to-medium-term business trips.
• Proactive, responsible with strong continuous learning ability.
