• Developing implementing quality control systems measures fpower semiconductdevices, including MOSFET, IGBT GaN products
• Performing regular quality assessments on all incoming materials from internal/external vendors outgoing products fshipping to customers
• Identifying, prioritizing, driving quality improvement areas
• Coordinating with product research development teams to ensure consistent product quality
• Managing the inspection process team to ensure accuracy efficiency
• Training managing a team of Quality Control Inspectors
• Managing customer complaints resolving product quality issues (CQA/CQE)
• Reporting to upper management on quality standard issues
• Collaborating with internal departments to identify product defects develop solutions
• Ensuring adherence to health safety guidelines as well as legal obligations
• Keeping accurate documentation performing statistical analysis
Job Requirements:
1. Proven work experience as a Quality Assurance Manager Quality Control Manager in power semiconductfields, including front-end, back-end processing & manufacturing companies
2. Thorough understanding of quality control standards methodologies
3. Experience with quality assurance software statistical analysis
4. Strong communication leadership skills
5. Fluent in speaking writing English a must
6. A keen eye fdetail excellent problem-solving skills
7. Certifications such as Quality Auditor, Quality Engineer, Quality Improvement Associate, Six Sigma a plus
