The Concierge Team Leader is responsiblefthe guest experience in the Concierge counter. The Concierge Team Leader must deliver heartfelt service respond to guest’s queries andrequests efficiently effectively to provide them with solutions that exceedexpectation. The Concierge Team Leader must drive the key metricsto achieve GSI, CSI, KPI financial targets.

all areas in the concierge lounge are up to standard all operating
equipment is well-maintained.
