1. EHS compliance & system management, to keep compliant with local laws, group requirements, ISO 45001, 14001 safety standardization
2. On-site safety & risk control, to identify the risks minimize the risk level to intrinsic safety if possible with team, including manage the risk from MOC, identify UA UC on site, lead the site members to point out UA/UC/Near Miss
3. Incident management, to lead the team to analyze the root cause make the corrective preventive action to prevent reoccurring by systematical way
4. EHS management system, to complete the management system in all processes activities, to consider the way of continuous improvement.
5. Environment elements management, to lead the team to identify the elements manage control in proper way according to local regulatory requirement.
6. Occupational health management, lead the team to identify the hazards in operation minimize eliminate the hazards from operation, provide the sufficient OH protective measurement including PPE with team.
7. Firefighting system supervision, to make sure the system is running correctly in accordance with local laws requirements.
8. Project leader, lead the project in EHS fthe site, ensure EHS compliance requirements, ensure the project run smoothlyganized well.
9. Cross-function collaboration, cooperate with other departments to deploy implement EHS requirements in all operational processes, support to standardize daily operation
10. Training management, make yearly training plan fsite conduct it by identification the requirements demands, also meet the requirements of local law.
11. Lead team, plan team member’s work in EHS, support team member’s development.
