Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Business Development:
Identify target potential clients who are purchasing ads on Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, other media platforms.
Develop execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets expthe client base.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities stay updated on industry trends.
2. Client Engagement:
Build maintain strong relationships with new existing clients.
Present demonstrate the value of our social media management services to potential clients.
Understclients needs tailsolutions to meet their specific requirements.
3. Sales Process Management:
Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
Prepare deliver persuasive sales presentations proposals.
Negotiate contracts pricing with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction profitability.
4. Collaboration Reporting:
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery client satisfaction.
Provide regular sales reports updates to the management team.
Participate in regular team meetings to share insights strategies fbusiness growth.
5. Customer Service Follow-up:
Provide ongoing support to clients to ensure their needs are met expectations are exceeded.
Follow up with clients to gather feedback ensure continuous improvement of services.
Qualifications:
1、3+ years of experience in sales, business development, a related role within a
digital marketing agency.
2、Proven track record of successful sales business development achievements.
3、 Strong understanding of social media platforms advertising (Facebook, TikTok,
Twitter, etc.).
4、Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal skills.
5、Ability to work independently as part of a team.
6、Fluency in Thai English is preferred.
