Responsibility:
• Develop establish preclinical in vivo models fAlzheimer’s disease (AD),
Parkinson’s disease (PD), stroke, pain-related CNS disorders to evaluate novel
therapeutics.
• Work closely with Medicinal Chemistry, Biologics Discovery, in vitro Pharmacology,
DMPK, Toxicology teams to design execute in vivo pharmacology studies,
supporting target validation, pharmacokinetics (PK), pharmacodynamics (PD).
• Design conduct behavioral, biochemical, molecular assays in rodent
models to assess drug efficacy, mechanism of action (MoA), biomarker
responses.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop in vivo proof-of-concept (PoC)
studies, ensuring alignment with program milestones.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in CNS disease model development, providing
insights on experimental design, troubleshooting, data interpretation.
• Perform tissue collection biomarker assessments using molecular, histological,
biochemical techniques (IHC, IF, qPCR, ELISA, MSD, Luminex, Western blot).
• Mentmanage juniscientists research associates, providing
scientific/technical guidance, performance feedback, professional development.
• Contribute to the evaluation of new drug targets, MoA studies, proposal第 2 页 共 4 页

• Support IND-enabling studies participate in regulatory document preparation
fclinical submission.
Qualifications:
• PhD (with at least 3 years of industry experience) in neuroscience,
neuropharmacology, behavioral neuroscience, related fields.
• Hands-on experience in CNS in vivo pharmacology, with proven expertise in AD,
PD, stroke, pain models.
• Proficiency in rodent handling, stereotaxic surgeries, behavioral assays, drug
administration (IV, IP, SC, ICV, IT, PO, etc.).
• Extensive experience in ex vivo neuropharmacology techniques, including flow
cytometry, ELISA, multiplex cytokine analysis, Western blot, transcriptomics
(RNA-seq, proteomics).
• Proven track-record of supporting CNS projects IND submission familiar with
China NMPA/the US FDA IND submission requirements fCNS in vivo
pharmacology.
• Strong ability in literature patent research, analytical thinking, problemsolving.
• Excellent verbal written communication skills in English (CET6/IELTS/TOEFL/GRE
scores preferred).
• Highly collaborative team player with strong interdisciplinary communication
skills.
