We are hiring a Group Digital Project Manager (Operational) to oversee the execution resource planning of our digital portfolio. Functioning as the central connectbetween our Regional Business Units (Banners) the Group Product Teams, you will manage the horizontal flow of projects. Your primary focus is Resourcechestration: working with the Group Digital Product Team in ensuring that shared technical resources are effectively allocated to meet business demands that cross-border dependences are managed to to prevent bottlenecks.
Responsibilities:
• Portfolio Capacity Planning: Manage the end-to-end capacity of the project portfolio, ensuring that “Approved Intake” aligns with the actual processing capacity of the Product Tech teams.
• Cross-border Coordination: Serve as the primary operational link between local market Project Managers the central Group Digital Product team to facilitate smooth delivery.
• Dependency & Impact Management: Identify model “cascading dependencies” across projects. Proactively communicate how delays in one area may impact the wider pipeline adjust schedules accordingly.
• Feasibility Assessment: Challenge aggressive timelines resource estimates to ensure plans remain realistic. Work with technical teams to validate “man-day” estimates prevent resource overcommitment.
• Variance Tracking: Monitproject execution against the plan, formally recording the root cause of any delays to drive continuous improvement accountability.
To be successful fthis role, you will ideally:
• Fluent in English Mandarin (spoken written) is mandatory fregional coordination.
• Minimum 5+ years in Project Management with specific experience managing Group-Level portfolios Cross-border projects involving remote/distributed teams.
• Priexperience in E-commerce Retail sectors is strongly recommended.
• Strong quantitative analytical skills to manage complex resource grids schedule dependencies.
• Highly adaptable comfortable navigating friction in a fast-paced, matrixganization.
