岗位职责：
1. Hearing aids acoustic design, components selection, performance test, hearing aid test software development trial production run, meantime implement technical competence.
助听器声学设计，元件选择，性能测试，助听器测试软件开发，产品线试运行，实时技术能力实施。
2. Hearing aids algorithm acoustic performance validation verification.
助听器算法声音性能确认与验证。
3. Provide share expertise specialist knowledge of practice in dedicated area.
在专业领域提供并分享实践的专业知识。
4. Liaison with HQ technical Dept. execute project plan to ensure that all deliverables are met timely qualified.
联络总部技术部门并执行项目计划，以确保项目质量、及时交付。
5.ganize, coordinate project team to achieve all project deliverables.
组织，协调项目组成员实现所有项目移交。
6. Understanding new product introduction process new product development process.
了解新产品导入流程与新产品开发流程。
岗位要求：
1. Bachelabove, majin Acoustic Electronic.
本科或以上学历，声学或电子专业。
2. 3 years above experience in acoustic electronic design is preferred.
三年或以上声音或电子设计相关工作经验优先。
3. Experience needed in practical acoustic measurements, data analysis preferred.
有实际声学测量和数据分析经验优先。
4. Experience in acoustic simulation (FEM/BEM), Matlab, acoustic signal processing is an advantage.
有声学仿真(有限元/边界元)，Matlab，以及声信号处理优先考虑。
5. Knowing microphone, receiver, transducer other electronic acoustics components would be great.
了解麦克风，授话器，转换器或其他电声元件优先考虑。
6. Experience in Abqus, Virtual Lab is preferred.
熟悉Abqus及Virtrual Lab软件。
7. Excellent verbal written skills in English Chinese.
精通中英文口语和书面语。
