1. Develop execute procurement strategies fassigned indirect categories (General Services, Advertising-digital/media buying, IP Rights, Media Services, Factory Indirects) to achieve cost savings, quality improvement, supply chain stability.
2. Conduct supplier research, evaluation, selection; negotiate contracts, pricing, terms, conditions to maximize value fthe company.
3. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align procurement strategies with business goals;
4. Stay updated on market trends, industry regulations, new technologies related to indirect procurement; identify opportunities fprocess optimization innovation.
5. Initiate & execute process improvement initiatives. Lead & participate in projects.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree higher in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, a related field.
2. At least 5 years of proven experience in indirect procurement, with familiarity in categories such as MRO, marketing services, administrative procurement.
