KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Training Plan Execution & Learning Program Management
Lead end‑to‑end execution of the annual training plan, including scheduling, vendor/facilitatcoordination, logistics, communication, tracking.
Ensure accurate training records support digital learning platforms as required.
Talent & Performance Management Coordination
Coordinate key milestones in the talent cycle: goal setting, mid‑year conversations, IDPs, talent review, succession planning, year‑end performance management.
Partner with HRBPs managers to ensure smooth process execution system utilization.
Employee Engagement & Experience Design
Design,ganize, deliver employee engagement wellbeing activities that strengthen culture, inclusion, employee experience.
Partner with local site leaders, committees, HR to ensure activities meet business employee needs.
Internal Communication & Change Management Support
Support coordinate communication between employees, managers, HR, ensuring clarity effectiveness.
Facilitate change management activities (e.g., briefings, communications, workshops) to supportganizational transitions.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources,ganizational Development, Communications, Psychology, related field.
5+ years of experience in talent development, employee engagement, HR project coordination.
Strong team player with effective listening, highly developed communication interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating virtually across different time zones;
Great self-management abilities, attention to detail, a hands-on mentality ability to adapt to different situations,
Strong customerientation, stakeholder management, project coordination skills.
Proficiency in online Talent & Learning platforms (e.g., SuccessFactors, Degreed), digital communication tools, data analytics.
Fluency in Mandarin English required
