Provides technical support to existing customers to solve moderately complex issues. Provides support on installation, operational functions, troubleshooting. Analyses customer documentation such as inquiries complaints, to identify current potential issues researches solutions.
The role will work with the RSM, SE Manager, and/the Product Management teams, the associate will provide technical commercial support fLittelfuse products to customers consisting of Littelfuse agents, distributors, OEM’s, engineering consultants, end users in the form of customer visits, presentations, seminars, sales calls, webinars, email, other remote communications.
About the job:
Provide product expertise to assist customers, designers, integrators, distributors in identifying applications driving specifications towards Littelfuse products.
Conduct technical training, lunch & learn presentations, seminars with agents, distributors, engineering firms, OEM’s, end users.
Attend industry functions, including conferences, trade shows, customer events industrial association meetings to maintain increase Littelfuse profile in the region.
With support from our Product Management/Engingeering team, trouble-shoot technical issues in assigned territory.
About you:
Bacheluniversity degree in Engineering, best with mechanic electric engineering education background.
English spoken written skill
Up to one year of experience Knowledge in MS Office, Strong analytical skills, Strong communication skills, Negotiation skills, High attention to detail.
