Key Responsibilities
1. To lead, build capability a strong agile LPC team, consistent with LPA processes systems.
2. Drive the activities of the NPD projects from brief, concept generation to presentation to the customer.
3. Support develop interactions relationships across group design departments (LPC, LPA DC), ensure consistent application of processes systems.
4. To manage maintain the software hardware in LPC facilities ensure they are in tip-top condition.
5. Collaborate with sales, engineering, marketing, operations, supply chain, finance, all other stakeholders to identify prioritize critical project milestones deliverables fstrategic opportunities.
6. Identifying any potential risks gaps in active projects delivering critical problem-solving actions.
7. Development of templates, documentation, testing methods all other necessary collateral fDetmold products as required.
8. Prepare project status reports, facilitate technical non-technical meetings / design / specification testing reviews; keeping management other stakeholders informed of project status other related project information.
9. Work with the Technical, Production Engineering teams to expand, optimise production capability making our processes manufacturing friendly.
10. Work with Procurement to evaluate incorporate new materials.
11. Work with the New Product Introduction team fimplementing products manufacturing.
12. Determine product requirements; keep abreast of any developments in legislation which may affect product design any developments in technologies techniques affecting the design process outcomes.
13. Host product development workshops to meet customer needs exceed their expectations
Key Skills & Experience
• Tertiary education in Engineering graphic art at least 5 years’ relevant work experience
• Hands on fpackaging solution, be familiar with the packaging material
• Experience in packaging manufacturing environment is an added advantage
• Expert in designing software eg. Artios CAD, Auto CAD Esko software
• Strong in product structure design, innovation creative design
• Fluent in spoken written English
• Familiar in printing packaging process technology
• Culture fit-in, adopt in the team
Knowledge & Experience

• Good report writing presentation skills
