Job Description:
1.Wine procurement maintain good relationships with wine suppliers.
2. Collaborate with the manager the chef of the fine dining to the wine list / bar list it according to the season wine stock.
3.Collaborate with sommeliers other staff to provide the best wine services to customers.
4.Manage the wine cellar (including but not limited to stock control, storage conditions check environmental management).
5.In charge of daily staff training on wine (including front office service staff, sommeliers assistant sommeliers, etc.) long-term staff training program.
6.Help guide sommeliers assistant sommeliers to improve their service.
7.Organize wine parties, as well as wine tasting training sessions events.
8.Work with the manager to upgrade wine services of the fine dining, provide high-standard cuisine wine pairing serving services to customers.
Job requirements:
1.At least 2-3 years of working experience in a Michelin restaurant 3-5 years in a 5-star hotel as a head sommelier is a must.
2.Rich professional knowledge about wine beverage from all regions of the world.
3.Rich experience in cuisine wine pairing passion fcuisine wine
4.Team leadership experience
5. Excellent English communication skills
6. WSET(level 3), ISG(Advanced)
Advanced WSET (level 3) ISG (Advanced) equivalent above certificate in wine tasting.
