Responsibilities 主要职责
1. Scheme implement internal audit of the EMS OHSMS;
策划和实施EMS和OHSMS的内审；
2. In charge of EHS (Environment, Occupational Health & Safety) the supervision of 6S management.
负责公司的EHS（环境、职业健康安全）管理和6S的监督管理；
3. Responsible fsafety inspection in company.
负责公司的安全巡检；
4. Timely handle the operating permits, risk report regular requests.
及时受理作业许可、风险报告和常规请求；
5. Incident investigation follow-up the corrective action implementation.
事件调查和跟进纠正行动的实施；
6. Supervise the safety compliance from all visitors contractors.
监督访客和承包商的安全合规性；
7. Be responsible fthe safety occupational health training fall employees of company level, continuously improve the safety environment-protection awareness.
负责对所有员工的公司级的安全和职业健康培训，持续提升员工的安全和环保意识；
8. Responsible fthe supervision of special equipment management, monitoring the operation/maintenance/inspection of crane, compressor, forklift, etc.
负责特种设备使用管理的监督，监控吊机、空压机、叉车等的运行、维保和年检；
9. Responsible fthe supervision of emergency aids, fire-fighting system, safety protection equipment PPE’s management, hazardous material, dangerous discarded pollutant discharge management.
负责应急救援、消防系统、安全防护设备和个人防护装备使用管理的监督，以及危险品、危险废弃物和污染物排放管理的监督；
10. Discover, analyze assess potential safety, occupational health environmental hazards, provide feasible proposals make preventive corrective measures in time.
排查、分析和评估安全、职业健康（职业卫生）和环境隐患，提供可行的建议，及时制定预防和整改措施；
11. Prevent control occupational disease work injury at minimum level through preventive actions.
通过预防措施，把职业病和工伤的发生控制在*低水平；
12. Make contingency planganize emergency drill timely.
制定应急预案，及时组织应急演练；
13. Make implement regulations procedures related to EHS keep related files records complete update.
制定并执行与EHS相关的法规和程序，并保持相关文件和记录的完整和更新；
14. Keep good communication with related governmental departments HAG other subsidiaries.
与政府相关部门及HAG和其他子公司保持良好沟通；
15. Other works arranged by superior.
上司安排的其他工作。
Requirements 要求
1. Bacheldegree above with relative majors, safety engineering is preferred.
本科及以上学历，相关专业，安全工程优先；
2. Familiar with production safety system, relevant regulations standards.
熟悉安全生产制度、相关法规和标准。
3. ISO 14001 ISO 45001 Internal AuditCertificate is required.
持有ISO14001和ISO45001内审员证。
4. At least 5 years related working experience in manufacturing industry, Certified Safety Engineer is preferred.
5年以上制造业相关工作经验，持注册安全工程师证优先。
5. Good communication coordinating skill.
良好的沟通协调能力。
6. Good commof English in listening, speaking writing.
良好的英语听说读写能力。
7. Strong implementation ability.
执行能力强。
