Key Responsibilities:

1.Design develop hydraulic systems findustrial machinery, including hydraulic power packs, integration of pumps, valves, cylinders, accumulators, piping layouts.
研发设计工业设备的液压系统，包括液压动力部件、泵、阀门、气缸、蓄能器和管道布局的集成。
2.Calculate define all hydraulic components with the help of professional software, such as CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) to validate hydraulic system performance.
借助专业软件，如CFD（流体动力学），验算并定义所有液压元件，以验证液压系统性能。
3.detailed fluid schematics, technical documentation part lists. 绘制详细的流体原理图、技术文档和零件清单。
4.Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, control engineers to ensure seamless integration of hydraulic systems.
与机械、电气和控制工程师合作，确保液压系统的无缝衔接。
5.Conduct failure mode analysis (FMEA) root-cause investigations fhydraulic system malfunctions.
对液压系统故障进行失效模式分析（FMEA）并调查故障原因。
6.Optimize designs fefficiency, reliability, cost-effectiveness, adhering to ISO, DIN, SAE standards.
根据ISO、DIN或SAE标准，优化设计以提高效率、可靠性和成本效益。
7.Support prototyping, testing, field validation of hydraulic systems.协助液压系统的原型机制造、测试和现场验证。
8.Stay updated on emerging technologies (e.g., electro-hydraulic systems, smart hydraulics).及时了解新兴技术（如电液系统、智能液压）。
Qualifications & Experience:
要求和经验：
1.Education:学历：
1）BachelMaster’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Hydraulics Engineering, Fluid Power Systems.
机械工程、液压工程或流体动力系统专业本科或硕士学历。
2）Certifications in hydraulics/pneumatics if available. 持有液压或气动资格证书者佳。
2.Experience: 经历：
1）3+ years in hydraulic system design findustrial machinery, construction equipment, mobile hydraulics.
3年以上工业机器、建筑设备或移动液压系统设计经验。
2）Proficiency in fluid design CAD software simulation tools.精通流体设计软件，如CAD和仿真工具。
3）Hands-on experience with hydraulic testing, troubleshooting, maintenance.具有液压测试、故障排除和维护的实践经验。
4）Knowledge of ISO 4401, ISO 1219, DIN/SAE hydraulic standards.了解ISO 4401、ISO 1219和DIN/SAE液压标准。
5）Experience with COMOS (Siemens) if available.有西门子COMOS的培训经历者佳。
6）Experience with Simulation X (ESI) if available.有ESI模拟经验者佳。
Preferred Skills:

1.Familiarity with PLC-controlled hydraulic systems.熟悉PLC控制的液压系统。
