 Participates in ideation brainstorming sessions to devise creative disruptive digital solutions

 Completes ensures completion of any required documentation required e.g. deployment, maintenance, support business needs

 Communicates ideas with cross-functional teams in an effective manner

 Shares technical solutions product ideas through design review, pair programming, code review technological discussions

 Presents prototypes to a large audience key stakeholders of Product as when required

 Works on bug fixing improving application performance

 Continuously discovers, evaluates implements new technologies to maximize development efficiency

 Complies with IT operational SLA compliance operational efficiency of IT processes in support of business goals

 Resolves persistent platform issues when surfaced by technical support teams

 Provides performance enhancements through automation pushes fenhanced reliability of platform to support product development

 Collaborates with platform software engineers, platform reliability engineers, Product Owners, engineering leadership to uncover pain points opportunities to accelerate the delivery of new value through software

 Investigates new platform solutions to enhance service delivery experience

 Resolves persistent platform issues when surfaced by technical support teams

 Applies knowledge of online, cloud mobile platforms

 Integrates large complex systems

 Utilizes proactive problem-solving to address challenges functional concerns

 Helps implement advancedganizational planning skills to developmental projects

 Helps design online mobile IT architecture, drawing on knowledge of open source and/commercially available platforms

 Applies industry best practices design patterns to scalable secure solutions that have superitechnical performance

 Evaluates third-party suppliers, products solutions engage in/leading collaborative discussions

任职资格

• At least 10-15 years of experience in developing Java applications in springboot, spring cloud stream, spring database

• At least 5-10 years of experience in developing nodejs, javascript, angular/vuejs/reactjs backend applications

• At least 5-10 years of experience in distributed computing in cloud environment (AliCloud Microsoft Azure Google)

• At least 2-5 years of experience in working on any Kubernetes clusters such distributed environment

• Expert knowledge in REST, gRPC any modern day microservices technology

• Expert knowledge on unit, functional non-functional testing including Behaviour Driven Development (BDD), Domain Driven Development (DDD)

• Expert knowledge of Continuous Driven Development (CI/CD) using Jenkins GitHub Actions

• Good knowledge of security tools like Sonarqube, Snyk equivalent

• Expert written & spoken knowledge of Mandarin

• Good written spoken knowledge of English as secondary knowledge

• At least 5 years’ experience in leading engineering team of 5-10 people.

• Currently working as lead engineer capacity in reputed firm.

• Ability to work in multi-cultural environment with different time zone

• Ability to provide L3 support outside working hours as expert SME
