1) 跟进产线相关设备日常运作；
Follow up daily equipment run fproduction line;
2) 根据上级的要求，定时对机器进行保养和维护；
According to the requirements of leader, keep regular equipment maintenance
3) 收集生产日常问题及主动分析和反馈；
Proactively Collect analyze daily production issues ,provide feedback;
4) 跟踪产品品质，监控设备的稳定性，对无法处理的异常要主动反馈并跟进状态；
Follow up product quality , monitequipment stability, proactively feedback the issue that not handle follow up the status;
5) 独立分析拆解及维修3轴、5轴点胶机、激光焊接机及压机等等；
Analyze disassemble independently 3-axis glue dispensing machine ,5-axis glue dispensing machine, laser welding machine holding pressure machine , etc;
6) 评估和优化设备性能，降低机器异常停线时间；
Evaluate optimize equipment performance, reduce abnormal downtime of machines
7) 独立跟进设备及相关组装制程；
Follow up equipment related assembly process independently;
8) 沟通顺畅，主动与各部门沟通协调相关日常工作。
Smoothly communicate , proactively communicate with different function Dep. to coordinate daily work.
任职资格:
任职资格:
1) 中专以上学历；
High school/technical secondary school above;
2) 三年以上点胶和保养维修维护相关经验；有点胶和热压设备等相关经验；
Three years above experience on glue dispensing equipment maintenance ,repairment; Have the experience of glue dispensing equipment hot pressure equipment , etc ;
3) 熟悉激光焊接/焊锡工艺及设备调试、维护；
Be familiar with laser welding , Solder paste welding , as well as , equipment adjustment maintenance;
4) 熟悉非标机器结构及其基本的电器电性原理；具备有非标自动化机构设计、维修、组装经验者优先考虑；
Be familiar with structures basic electrical theory of non-standard machine; Provide priority to those with experience of design ,repairment assembly of non-standard automation mechanism;
5) 熟悉组装相关生产流程管控，以及在线不良产品分析能力。
Be familiar with related production procedure control, as well as defective WIP product analysis.
