As the Lead R&D Engineer fthe Virtuos R&D team, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, optimizing applications that push the boundaries of production tools used fvideo game assets production resources.
Responsibilities
· Lead Frontend Development: Oversee the entire UI development, from conceptualization to implementation, ensuring that web applications are not only functional but also smooth stable.
· MentLead Development Teams: Act as a mentleader fthe UI development team, providing guidance support in technical challenges, promoting professional growth, fostering a culture of innovation excellence.
· Establish Enforce UI/UX Best Practices: Develop maintain UI/UX best practices standards across projects.
· Design develop responsive web applications using web technologies of HTML JavaScript, CSS frameworks (e.g. VueJS, Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS).
· Work with architect to design cloud-based frontend architecture.
· Ensure the quality of frontend source code, design, guide develop test cases.
· Collaborate with backend engineers, production teams to deliver high-quality, user-centric solutions, while staying updated with the latest trends technologies in web application development to continuously improve project outcomes.
Qualifications
· Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of HTML, CSS, VueJS is essential.
· Knowledge of websocket canvas is a plus.
· Experienced on Public Cloud(AWS) hosting services is a plus.
· Understanding of Frontend CI/CD, eg. Gitlab runner etc.
· Understanding of RESTful APIs Web Services: Experience designing integrating RESTful APIs, a comprehensive understanding of web protocols architecture.
· Strong Analytical Problem-solving Skills: Excellent at troubleshooting, debugging, optimizing code fperformance scalability. Attention to detail a methodical approach to software development.
· Team Leadership Collaboration: Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to mentguide team members. Experience working in agile development teams effective at cross-functional collaboration.
· Communication Skills: Good verbal written communication skills are essential. Able to clearly express guidance ideas to management, stakeholders engineers across different regions backgrounds.
