Job Title: Advanced Safety Engineer
Location: Shanghai
Job Summary:
Independently establish, implement, train audit safety policies regulations; Lead coach juniEHS engineer on technical / EHS system specific tasks.
Responsibilities:
Work with EHS Team to conduct EHS Self-assessment evaluation, internal audit, identify gap develop action plan to continual improve EHS management system in Plant.
Independently develop implement training programs related to EHS fplant personnel act as a fundamental resource fmanufacturing/engineering personnel related to EHS issues when needed;
Assist in auditing the EHS programs implementing corrective actions fcontinuous EHS improvement;
Coordinate communicate with government agency to obtain the necessary permit related to EHS fthe plant operation;
Coordinate the implementation of 3M EHS Policy, procedure program in Plant;
Actively involve in new project new equipment risk assessment.
Able to lead incident investigation, root cause identification, corrective preventive action develop follow-up with other responsible.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree above with majin EHS related field;
5+ years related experience in a multi-national manufacturing company;
Familiar with laws regulations of local government administrative bureaus in EHS area;
Good communication skill in English Chinese.
Good PC skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
Multi safety experience knowledge is preferred, fg: Emergency response, Fire fighting system, Electrical Safety, Confined Space, LOTO, Machine Guarding, etc;
One of Chemical / Engineering / Mechanical / Electrical related background experience is preferred.
