【Job Responsibilities】
1.Strategy Performance Overall Planning: Formulate the medium long-term foreign trade development strategy, regional market expansion plan performance target system fthe Iran Branch based on the company’s overall internationalization goals local Iranian market characteristics, coordinate the full-process implementation of the branch team, conduct regular reviews optimizations to ensure the completion of regional performance indicators;
2.Full Responsibility fIran Branch Establishment: Take full charge of the zero-to-one whole process of establishing the Tehran Branch in Iran, including local industrial commercial registration, qualification handling, office site setup, compliance process construction, local team structure planning, docking with local Iranian government, enterprise compliance resources to ensure the legal compliant operation of the branch;
3.Market Channel Expansion: Conduct in-depth development of core markets in Iran the Middle East, integrate local high-quality channel resources, supply chain resources high-end customer resources, expcore cooperation channels, establish long-term stable local strategic partnerships, rapidly enhance the company’s brinfluence market share in the Iranian market;
4.Full-process Team Management: Be responsible fteam building, recruitment allocation, localized team training, performance appraisal incentive mechanism construction of the Iran Branch, coordinate daily team management business empowerment, build a high-efficiency localized foreign trade team, improve the overall operational efficiency of the team;
5.Core Business Risk Control: Coordinate the whole-process risk control of foreign trade business of the Iran Branch, lead the negotiation of large strategicders, in-depth maintenance of core local customer relationships, handle majinternational trade disputes local business emergencies, control core risks such as trade compliance, exchange rate policies;
6.Market Analysis Decision Support: Conduct in-depth research on market trends, industry competition pattern, local trade policies regulatory changes in Iran the Middle East, provide exclusive decision support fthe company’s product adaptation, capacity planning regional pricing strategies based on market demand;
7.Cross-regional Coordination Docking: Efficiently connect the China Headquarters the Iran Branch, coordinate core internal external resources such as production, R&D brand, promote the coordinated development of China-Iran bilateral business, regularly report the branch establishment progress, business development, strategy implementation majissues to the China headquarters management, put forward suggestions fbusiness optimization adjustment.
【Job Requirements】
1.Identity Residency Requirement: Iranian national, currently working living in China long-term. Able to work full-time at the China headquarters to familiarize with business first, accept long-term posting in Tehran, Iran afterwards;
2.Education Industry Experience: Bachelor’s degree above, majin International Trade related fields; 5+ years of practical foreign trade experience, 2+ years of overseas team/branch management experience. Priority will be given to candidates with experience in Middle East market development branch establishment;
3.Language Ability: Native Persian speaker; proficient in Chinese (listening, speaking) with unobstructed business communication skills; fluent in English. Outstanding cross-cultural communication skills are required, candidates with excellent language ability may have relaxed experience requirements;
4.Business Resource Capability: Familiar with the entire foreign trade process, proficient in China-Iran trade rules Iranian market policies. Priority will be given to candidates with stable local customer, channel government-enterprise resources in Iran;
5.Comprehensive Management Ability: Strong strategic thinking, overall coordination leadership skills; proficient in building teams branch systems from scratch, with a strong sense of goal excellent execution;
6.Professional Literacy: Strong entrepreneurship sense of responsibility, good stress resistance, able to adapt to cross-regional work, identify with the company’s values, be rigorous pragmatic;
