Key Accountabilities
A. Carry out all routine non-routine report writing information analysis with minimum supervision to ensure smooth operation.
1. Research information regarding target companies on-line
2. Write translate Reports
3. Administer run Database
4. Issue Certificates Documents
5. Maintain Evidence Collection System
6. Maintain Sample Registration System
7. Complete special/contingency project assigned by management team if necessary
B. Communication
1. Communicate quality information to operation as appropriate
2. Coordinate with other colleague provide support to drive ensure implementation of customer satisfaction activities.
3. Act as contact Point fCustoms Liaison when needed.
Experience
1. Requires minimum 5+ years of working experience.
2. Excellent Communication Skills in Chinese English
3. Excellent Computer Skills
4. Good analytical & coordination skill,
5. Strong online search skill;
6. Open mindedness willing to learn/teach show initiatives fself-improvement.
7. Good team player
