1.Assist the Quality Manager in improving the quality management system, ensuring the effective operation of the quality system, including the preparation, approval, issuance, recovery, modification of system documents, as well as continuous improvement of quality management work.
2.Responsible fformulating product quality plans strategies.
3.Responsible fquality control of company raw materials outsourced products, process quality control, responding to customer complaints, implementing quick responses long-term improvement measures.
4.Participate in the development validation of new projects to ensure that products meet customer regulatory requirements, document complete relevant reports.
5.Responsible fcollecting analyzing quality data from production lines suppliers, identifying quality issues, continuously improving quality control measures methods, enhancing the companys product quality level. Regularly publish quality-related reports.
6.Responsible fplanning scheduling the work of quality inspectors managing the team.
7.Other duties within the department as required.
Requirements:
1.Bachelors degree above in engineering, materials science, mechanical engineering. Preference will be given to candidates with International Welding Engineer (IWE) certification. Proficient in English fbusiness communication.
2. More than 3 years of experience in a similar position, familiar with quality management of machined parts welding products,European standard fwelding experience in ISO9000 system construction management.
3. Excellent communication teamwork skills.
