We are seeking a technically proficient results-driven Technical Sales Manager to lead our sales team. This critical role requires a unique blend of engineering acumen sales leadership. You will not only drive revenue manage the team but also serve as the technical authority in the sales process, ensuring the feasibility of solutions, accuracy of quotations, rigof international contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Technical Sales Leadership: Lead, coach, menta team of sales representatives. Leverage your technical background to guide the team in understanding complex product specifications customer requirements.
• Engineering & Quotation Review: Audit sales offers. Interpret technical drawings, assess manufacturing processes/capabilities, ensure that quotations are accurate, competitive, aligned with engineering standards.
• Contract & Risk Management: Take ownership of international sales contract review, focusing on technical specifications, delivery terms, compliance clauses to mitigate risks protect company interests.
• Revenue & Collection Management: Own the full revenue cycle, including overseeing the accurate reconciliation of accounts with customers proactively driving the team to ensure timely collection of payments.
• Key Account & Project Management: Serve as the primary steward fkey strategic accounts, capable of discussing technical details with clients engineers ensuring smooth project execution.
• Process Governance & Account Allocation:
Manage the end-to-end sales process ensure CRM data integrity.Allocating key accounts to the right team members, analyzing inquiry details, issuing timely accurate quotations, ultimately driving high conversion rates.
• Operations & Reporting:ganize sales team meetings, prepare executive reports fthe Management team, handle the administrative oversight of the sales function.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering a related Mechanical, Industrial, etc.is required.
• Professional Experience: Proven track record as a Sales Manager SeniTechnical Sales role, preferably in a B2B manufacturing industrial environment.
• Technical Competence: Ability to read interpret technical drawings a solid understanding of product manufacturing processes
• Language Skills: Fluency in English is highly advantageous fhandling international contracts clients.
• Business Acumen: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (advanced Excel freconciliation) CRM platforms. Strong understanding of international trade terms (Incoterms) contract law basics.
• Leadership: High energy, strategic mindset, the ability to hold a team accountable fboth sales targets payment recovery.
