Principal Accountabilities 主要工作职责
• Serve as the technical coach fa team technical domain, acting as the recognized expert providing guidance to team members while ensuring the consistent application of best practices high-quality standards.
• Define software quality goals development practices together with the team, driving continuous improvement engineering excellence through robust methodologies standards.

Job Requirements 任职要求
1. Education 教育背景
Bachelors Degree above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electronics Engineering, related disciplines. 计算机科学、软件工程、电子工程或相关专业本科及以上学历。
2. Experience 工作经验
6–10 years of professional software engineering experience in a product development environment, with the ability to independently complete software architecture design module-level design. 具备6-10年软件开发经验，有成熟产品研发环境工作背景，能够独立完成软件架构设计及模块设计工作。
3. Competencies & Skills 专业能力与技能要求
• Proficient in C# and/C++ programming languages .NET Framework.
• Familiar with WPF framework MVVM architecture pattern.
• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Analysis Design (OOAD), algorithms, data structures, software engineering fundamentals.
• Experience with Socket communication and/CAN Bus communication protocols.
• Strong structured problem analysis problem-solving capability.
• Familiar with Windows operating systems multi-process/concurrent programming.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Good understanding of IEC 62304 related medical software development documentation requirements.
• Familiar with software engineering methodologies layered software architecture design concepts.
• Strong communication collaboration skills in cross-functional global environments.
• Open-minded with the ability to evaluate alternatives optimal design solutions.
• Excellent verbal written communication skills in both English Chinese.

• Experience in CT systems other medical device software development is highly preferred.
