Key designer to Purchasing Department SOPs, document, enforce all buying SOPs fWumart Supervalue (HD), pinpoint key person inder to standardize speed up related process
负责物美硬折扣业态采购部标准流程的核心设计、政策输出，并落地执行所有采购标准流程，明确关键对接人，实现流程标准化与提效
Challenge dismantle overly complex legacy processes
优化流程
Work as the information liaison fthe Purchasing Department
担任采购部门对外信息输出的沟通枢纽
Map process breakdowns offer effective solutions
梳理流程卡点，输出可落地的优化解决方案
Establish clear ownership fevery system setting with an identifiable change log
明确各项系统配置的责任归属，建立可追溯的变更记录台账
2.Contract & Data Integrity Management
合同与数据完整性管理
Own the standardized contract framework

3.Pricing & Market Analysis Management
定价与市场分析管理
Oversee market research execution (lead competitidentification, product comparability)

Ensure pricing data is prepared with all variances highlighted fbuyer review
整理定价数据并标注所有差异项，供采购团队审核参考
Lead theganization of product selection meetings build a standardized, compliant procurement workflow

4.Business Information & Reporting Governance
业务数据与报表管理
Design maintain automated sets of regular reports

5.Packaging & Design Administration / QA / Buying Support
包装设计、品控及采购支持
Support the functions of Packaging & Design QA, providing necessary administrative frameworks assistance

Support the efficient functioning of listed & promotional assortment reviews, as well as interaction with other business channels
保障常规商品及促销商品选品评审高效推进，同时对接协同其他业务渠道
6.Leadership of Buying Admin Associates

Take charge of leading managing the buying administration team members

职位要求：
Education & Experience
学历及工作经验
Bachelors degree above; Business, Economics, Data, Supply Chain, Management, related fields preferred
本科及以上学历，商务、经济、数据、供应链、管理等相关专业优先
3–6 years of experience in retail buying operations, category administration, process management
拥有 3-6 年零售采购运营、品类行政或流程管理相关工作经验
Experience in team managment is a strong plus
有团队管理经验者优先
Experience in hard discount/ FMCG/multi-format retail is a strong plus
有硬折扣业态、快消品、多业态零售行业经验者优先
