Must have Container Leasing Shipping background (Procurement)
The key responsibilities:
• Assess the current mainlChina procurement recourses capability, based on New Singamas business transformation strategy, makes short-term, long-term procurement strategy together with management team to better control the risks cost.
• Set up implement the standard work processes such as S&OP (Sales Operations Planning), forecasting, demprocurement.
• Sets up / improve the measures of cost saving, On Time Delivery (OTD), inventory accuracy materials quality.
• Improve forecasting, inventory managementder fulfillment within each factory.
• Collecting the raw material’s market information reporting to Group Mkt team regularly.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.
Professional Experience/Qualification:
• Bachelor’s degree with at least 8 years procurement experience.
• Must have container leasing shipping background.
• Possess a strong knowledge of end-to-end procurement management which includes inventory management, forecasting supply base management.
• Has a track record of implementing projects in procurement operations with solid results.
• Has demonstrated experience of integration of raw material resources, development operation in supply chain.
