DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
• As a proactive cross-functional teammate within teams & departments
• As a leading role of developer starting at the ID concept towards ramp phase
• As a key contact window with client ID/PD/Engineering
• Define establish program engineering documents including:

o BOM
o Process Flow Chart
o 2D/3D in product, tooling
o Tooling DFM/Process DFA
o MIP
o SOP
• Define implement DOE to tackle technical issues on tooling/material/product construction/geometry & aesthetic/process parameter
• Deliver up-to-date progress of development to PD Manager/EPM
• Manage on-line CAD database across client company web servers like Agile, Pariah, Incline, FTP
• Intensive communication with tooling material vendors to ensure on-time deliverables conform to specification up-to-date revision
• Continually review product performance process when indicated makes recommendations within policy guidelines concerning product performance as reflected by accumulated data.
• Manage customer failure analysis, corrective actions, report root cause analysis.
• Review in-process data from manufacturing processes facilitate corrective preventive actions as appropriate.
• Summarize present data to customers regarding manufacturing, vendfield complaints. Make recommendations fengineering evaluation toward problem elimination.
• Support IE team/NPI team/QE team in designing fixtures, tools, jigs, inspection test devices.
• Conduct Tool Qualification/Line Qualification/Product Qualification as required.

QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s Degree in Product Design, Mechanical Engineering
• 3-5 years experience in new product development
• Strong experience in 3D CAD
