How you will an impact
This is a key leadership role in our Energy Construction business in which you will take ownership fachieving goals outcomes. You will be tasked with managing colleagues overseeing a range of programs processes, in addition to handling complex underwriting.
You will thrive by successfully balancing the needs of multiple stakeholders making sound decisions using data, analysis, experience, judgement a risk mind-set. It will be essential to build effective relationships with brokers to deliver a high standard of customer service as an example fthe team to follow.
People management is a key aspect of the role – you will promote a culture of collaboration, inclusivity learning, while mentoring developing colleagues through effective leadership, role modelling training programs. You will aim to facilitate personal growth career development in support of succession planning.
You will also play a key role in new business development, including attending broker events, building new relationships across the market.
What you’ll need to succeed
Proven underwriting experience in Energy Construction business a successful record of selling products to clients.
Deep technical expertise.
Proven people management skills a record of developing more junicolleagues.
The ability to analyze financial statements.
Strong communication, networking relationship building skills.
Goodganizational time management skills.
