allocator岗位职责

JOB OBJECTIVE:
Detail-oriented proactive allocatwith extensive experience in the fashion retail industry, adept managing inventory allocation optimizing product availability to meet sales targets. Seeking to leverage strong analytical skills a deep understanding of market needs to contribute to the success of our brin Greater China.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manage allocation of merchandise to DC across the Greater China Region, ensuring optimal inventory levels alignment with sales forecast
• Manage allocation, replenishment rebalance of merchandise to stores in MainlChina on weekly basis, monitoring the balance between sales inventory fbest sellers slow movers.
• Collaborate with merchandising, planning, store operation teams to develop effective allocation strategies.
• Monitadjust allocation plans based on market trends, promotional activities, seasonal differentiations.
• Initiate allocation related reports to analyze sales performance, inventory turn, customers demto make data-driven allocation decisions.
• Ad hoc management on new store opening, sample transfer brevents preparation.
SKILLS WORK EXPERIENCE:
• Bachelors Degree above.
• 3-5 years planning, allocation experience in the retail industry
• Strong analytical skills attention to detail.
• Excellent communication collaboration abilities. Proactive, ambitious, flexible, entrepreneurial.
• Deep understanding of retail math inventory optimization techniques.
• Strong prioritizationganizational skills.
• Proficient in Excel other MS software.
• Fluent in Mandarin English.

Job scope
-Set initial allocation plan drop new flow allocation by understanding products/marketing strategy refresh store.
-Set differentiated replenish plan by channel/doors to support sales target/liquidation purpose.
-Coordinate transfer allocation of concept doors.
-Prepare return list monthly to better manage SKU in store.
-Monitinventory/WOS level at gender/store/category drive actions.
-Store contact window to deliver allocation strategy changes.

Working seniority experiences:

● minimum 3 years allocation experience in relevant apparel/sports industry.
● Education level qualifications: Bachelabove.
● Core competency: Proven allocation skills, strong planning logic.
● Business technical skills: Strong business mindset, advanced Excel level skill.
● Soft-skills: Cross function communication, good writtenal English, sense of innovation will be a plus.
