architecture manager岗位职责

Principal responsibilities:
• Understbusiness requirements clear, concise proposals fsolutions brokering agreement across multiple stakeholders
• Design scalable, secure resilient solutions/platforms utilizing modern technology stacks
• Define maintain architecture technology roadmaps on enterprise level
• Provide detailed design guidance to tech leads to make sure their technical designs are sound can meet per HSBC standards
Qualifications:
• Bacheldegree above
• At least 10 years of IT experience at least 5 years as a solution architect
• Familiarity with common architecture patterns frameworks such as Enterprise Architecture, Microservice Architecture, Event Driven Architecture, Cloud Native Architecture, Design Patterns, Domain Driven Design etc.
• Understanding of modern technical business products such as API Gateway, K8S, Kafka, MongoDB, MySQL, SQLServer, iOS, Android, ELK, Redis, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365,acle etc.
• Have an in-depth functional non-functional knowledge of cloud platforms & native services, specifically AWS Azure etc
What additional skills will be good to have?
• Sound knowledge on modern technology stacks e.g. GenAI etc.
