Job Description
H&M Production is the place where design ideas are transformed actual products. We are in over 20 sourcing markets are the direct point of contact flocal suppliers. We work to ensure our products are of good quality produced at the best price in a sustainable way.

As a Business Controller at H&M Production, you will partner with Managers of your respective business scope use data driven insights to co-goals activities that give directions to business teams. You drive business results by securing seasonal methods routines respond in an agile way to any changes in the business landscape. You build analytical tools, set, define KPIs closely monitrelated activities goals with important stakeholders across the globe.

Key responsibilities:
· Drive seasonal strategy methods four supply chain, especially production.
· Develop analytical tools KPIs to support decision making.
· Collaborate with various functions to drive optimization.


Qualifications
To succeed as a Business Controller, you proactively identify business opportunities risks through conducting proactive data analysis translating actional steps, enabling business teams to make decisions challenge the status quo. What you need to succeed:
· Have 3-5 years of experience as a Business Controller, Business Analysts similar.
· Have a degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Sustainability similar.
· Have advanced knowledge in Excel, Power BI other Data Visualization tools.
· Have creative analytical skills are good at prioritizing.
· Have a strategic mind good at identifying new opportunities.



Additional Information
This is a fulltime permanent position, starting as soon as possible according to agreement. The role is an on-site position, based in our office in Shanghai, China.

主要职责：
主要负责工厂财务分析、成本控制、预算管理、固定资产管理、总账以及本地税务支持等工作。财务共享模块如应收应付、资金等集中在上海，侧重于工厂端的财务支持与分析。

任职要求：
1、英文口语熟练（亚太区经常有电话会议）；
2、候选人行业：化工行业、化纤行业、特种橡胶行业为；其它制造业也OK。
3、会计、审计、税务等相关专业本科以上学历。
4、至少8年以上的财务管理经验。

Role Summary
Lead the process of setting business targets monitoring business performance, advise on the financial consequences of majdecisions, lead the process of presenting / reporting financial managerial data, make recommendations targeted at improving safeguarding financial results. Participate in various projects.
Job Responsibilities
Business Planning
Contribute to the development of annual business plans; contribute with developing business cases fkey activities/projects with estimating the financial human resources required to deliver performance targets.
Information Business Advice
Provide specialist advice on the interpretation application of policies procedures, resolving queries issues referring very complex contentious issues to others.
Insights Reporting
Contribute to the preparation of various data analytics reports.
Recommendations
Advise managers how to apply a wide variety of existing procedures precedents.
Internal Client Relationship Management
Build effective working relationships within the internal clientganization, delivering high-quality professional services with guidance from senicolleagues.
Stakeholder Engagement
Assist with stakeholder engagement by arranging actions, meetings, events, supporting materials to promote stakeholder understanding commitment.
Financial Management Control
Work within established systems to deliver prescribed outcomes fa designated area of financial control.
Project Management
Work within an established project management plan to achieve specific goals.
Financial Policies, Guidelines, Protocols
Contribute to the development delivery of financial policies, guidelines, protocols to ensure the company complies with regulations good financial practice.
Operational Compliance
Identify, within the team, instances of non-compliance with theganizations policies procedures and/relevant regulatory codes codes of conduct, reporting these escalating issues as appropriate.
Personal Capability Building
