岗位职责:
1，Data analysis report
-Possessing outstanding mathematical data analysis skills, capable of conducting in-depth mining analysis of business data.
-Be responsible fregularly compiling high-quality business reports to provide comprehensive timely reference basis fthe companys decision-making.
2，Business understanding
-Be familiar with the characteristics operation models of different sales channels,like Ecommerce, retail sales.
3，Communication, collaboration team support "
-Maintain close communication collaboration with all departments within the company to ensure that business planning is closely integrated with the companys overall strategy."
-Assist team members in enhancing their business planning data analysis capabilities.

任职要求:
Proficient in Microsoft Office（Excel,PPT,Word,etc) data analysis tools.
Possess outstanding logical thinking ability problem-solving skills.
Be familiar with the basic principles methods of financial analysis budget management.
Englisht Korean skill should be excellent

Primary purpose of role:
• Responsible fthe OTB process seasonal buying budget
• Serve as a bridge between finance department cross function team to ensure the achievement of budget
• Perform scenario planning analysis to improve the performance by brby channel
• Responsible fthe topline related sales reporting
Business partnership
• Own end-to-end OTB (Open-To-Buy) governance including pre-season planning, in-season reforecasting inventory control to maximize sell-through margin
• Drive OTB discipline across merchandising allocation teams, ensuring alignment between financial targets, stock levels sell-through performance
• Take the lead working with merchandising, commercial teams finance department to ensure operational efficiency.
• Develop optimize the seasonal/batch basis OTB budget process
• Formulate OTB budgets grounded in in-depth market insights precise data analysis
• Lead feasibility analysis to continuously optimize the operational efficiency from buying perspective
Data analysis & reporting
• Continuously monitbusiness trends across products channels (including discount performance) develop forward-looking sales forecasts.
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis to identify opportunities fimproving financial performance across channels, with ongoing close monitoring.
Requirement：
• Background in FP&A, merchandising planning is required.
• 8+ years planning experience in retail industry; Apparel/Fashion industry will be a plus.
• Experienced in OTB process would be highly preferred.
• Strong data processing skills with advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Self-motivated, with strong ownership the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
• High attention to detail a hands-on approach.
• Strong team player
• Education Qualification: A bacheldegree above in Finance & Economics, a quantitative field.
