Your Responsibilities:
1. Optimized data databases ffast reliable access to ensure required analysis monitoring.
2. Structured standardized processes to ensure comparability quality.
3. Further development of data diversity fconstant improvement analysis options.
4. More efficient error-free data integration as well as interface between department integration team quality.
5. Better communication between the specialist departments, identifying new data sources comparing the required preparation/formatting fstatistical evaluations.
6. Faster more efficient processing of projects qualifications through detailed statistical evaluations.
7. Key Responsibilities (tasks)
8. Development, maintenance testing of databases architecture improving data quality, reliability, efficiency accessibility.
9. Development of processes procedures fdefining data sets fdata modelling data mining.
10. Discovery of opportunities fnew data integrations in all areas production departments.
11. Support fdata integration development of best practice processes specifications.
12. Interface to other IT departments in relation to process data management, requirements fstatistical evaluations, databases software (MES, SAP...)
13. Support collaboration on projects qualifications related to data analysis visualization
Your Profile
1. Education: Bachel(above) in Applied Mathematics Science in business mathematics Engineering relevant
2. Knowledge of LLM / Agent / RAG
3. Knowledge of Database structure strong mathematics skills
4. Knowledge in developing SQL queries
5. Knowledge in statistic statistic software (JMP, Minitab)
6. Experience in working with intercultural teams preferred
7. Acceptance to report relationship remotely during work
8. Semiconductelectronics industry related experience preferred (Substrate industry related experience will be of advantage)
9. Experience in Multi-Agent co-work building with Tool calling & API Integration preferred

岗位职责：
1.协助PM进行项目管理的日常工作，包含：
· 了解客户需求并协助PM形成项目数据验证及交付方案。
· 项目数据分析、数据处理需求输出以及数据交付。
· 项目进度、质量控制及项目相关过程文档编写和汇报。
· 维护项目各阶段的文档，保证文档的完整性和规范性。
2.负责对内、对外提交或分发相关文档或报告。
3.负责对公司客户、上级主管、以及跨部门协调沟通工作。
任职要求：
1、全日制本科以上学历
2、具有3年以上数据分析经验，熟悉ETL及主数据管理
2、能够熟练使用办公软件如Excel、PowerPoint，以及Excel当中相关公式
3、良好的协调沟通能力和项目推动能力，良好的客户服务意识和团队合作精神
4、具有强烈的团队意识、开拓创新精神、高度敬业、责任感强、执行能力强
5、具备自主学习总结的能力，思路清晰
6、1年以上的项目管理经验者优先
7、具有医药行业数据管理经验者优先
8、能够熟练使用ETL，了解数据仓库理论及技术、相关工具，熟悉常用数据库软件以及至少一种编程语言（Python、C#、Java等）优先

2. Interact with customers as a data analytics expert, a data-driven culture advocate who understands customers needs well.
3. Translate customers business needs solutions regarding data collection, analysis, reporting, etc. Providing continuous consultation on customers digital transformation.
4. Research summarize the best practices fdata analytics specifically in the gaming industry help customers with practical know-how.
5. Work proactively independently to solve complex business problems with various analytical skills tools. Conduct in-depth descriptive diagnostic analytics to provide customers with business insights fdecision-making.
6. Be responsive to customers in aspects of product Q&A, trouble-shooting, on-site training.
7. Maintain contribute to the knowledge base libraries of analysis best practices, data science techniques, customer success stories.
Requirements:
1. Bachelabove degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science, related fields.
2. Minimum of 3 years of working experience in data analytics, with professional report writing skills a general understanding of how data impacts business.
3. Hands-on experience in defining calculating key business metrics. Knowledge of common frameworks to identify the most suitable metrics to measure specific products/business.
4. Familiarity with big data technology priworking experience in offering data-related services are preferred.
5. Excellent communication presentation skills, ability to multi-task work well under pressure.
6. Good team player to interact with stakeholders of various domains seniority.
7. Proficient in Chinese listening, speaking, reading writing.
