Job Description:
This Data Scientist role offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in transforming Fab data valuable insights, aiding in the resolution of factory yield, process, manufacturing engineering challenges. In this position, you will be responsible fdelivering data analysis tools methodologies to support engineers across various domains:
● Facilitate quick efficient signal detection fyield process issues.
● Enhance yield quality while reducing costs to achieve Quality, Output, Cost objectives.
The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with a diverse team of yield process engineers to understtheir business needs analysis methodologies, developing solutions that support data-driven decision-making in their daily operations.
Qualifications:
● A minimum of a Masters degree in Statistics, Machine Learning, Computer Science, related fields is required; a Ph.D. is preferred.
● Proficiency in data analysis techniques such as predictive modeling, machine learning algorithms, clustering, dimensionality reduction, anomaly detection.
● Experience with at least one data programming language scripting tool (e.g., Python, JMP, R).
● Strong team player with excellent communication, presentation, time management skills.
● Exceptional technical problem-solving analytical abilities, with the capacity to quickly understcomplex issues.
● Experience with SQL, Hadoop, Spark is advantageous.
● Familiarity with the semiconductindustry is a plus.
● At least 3-4 years of experience in fields such as data application development, data analytics (including various ML algorithms), computer vision, deep learning, LLM, with a proven track record of deliverables.
● Highly self-motivated passionate about data science.

1、以数据视角驱动机器人场景的 VLM/VLA研究与落地，负责数据策略、数据工程与数据科学全链路设计与数据闭环迭代。包括仿真/合成数据的构建，真机数据的采集方案制定与规模化采集规划，支撑具身智能原生多模态大模型、世界模型的训练、对齐与部署。
职位要求：
1、计算机、电子工程、人工智能、数据科学等相关领域硕士及以上学历；
2、具有扎实的数据科学/数据工程经验，具备VLA/VLM/时空数据经验，熟悉Issac Lab/Isaac Sim/Habitat/Mujoco/Unity/UE等平台工具；
3、良好的跨团队沟通协作与项目推进能力，能在研究‑工程‑平台多方之间对齐目标与节奏；
4 、具备模型侧认知：理解 VLM/VLA 训练范式，能反推数据瓶颈与改进路径；
5、良好的代码能力。
加分项
1、计算机、电子工程、人工智能、机器人等相关领域博士学历；
2、有大规模多模态数据处理经验，有支撑基座大模型训练数据管道构建经验，有国际影响力的论文主要作者或项目主导者；
3、有真实机器人数据采集与平台经验：任务/脚本/覆盖度设计，ROS/ROS2 录制与多传感对齐，地面真实与仿真桥接经验；
4、具有优秀的代码能力，如ACM/ICPC、NOI/IOl、Top Coder、Kaggle等比赛获奖者；
5、具备解决复杂问题的经验，并能比较各种解决方案，并根据不同的视角确定前进方向。

Here is what you need to know about the job:

Responsibilities:

Translate complex business problems data science solutions through statistical analysis, predictive modeling, machine learning.
Develop, validate, deploy ML/AI models in collaboration with cross-functional teams across the full model lifecycle.
Build manage end-to-end MLOps pipelines including model versioning, monitoring, retraining, reinforcement-based feedback loops using Databricks cloud-scale platforms.
Apply multimodal imaging techniques to extract insights from visual unstructured data sources.
Design implement data models engineering pipelines to support ML workflows downstream analytics.
Continuously evaluate adopt new tools, frameworks, research to advance the teams data science capabilities.
Communicate findings, model performance, insights clearly to both technical non-technical stakeholders.






Requirements:

PhD MPhil in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, equivalent; a Bachelors degree with 3~5 years solid experience in a data science role.
Strong programming skills in Python R, with hands-on experience in ML libraries such as PyTorch, Scikit-learn, equivalent.
Solid understanding of statistical modeling, machine learning algorithms, experimental design.
Hands-on experience with Databricks is highly preferred
Hands-on experience in Data Modeling Data Engineering is highly preferred
Hands-on experience with ML training Reinforcement Learning-based MLOps is highly preferred
Hands-on experience with Multimodal Imaging tasks is highly preferred
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, attention to detail.
Excellent communication stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present complex findings in a clear actionable manner.
