Key Responsibilities
· Design, deploy, manage scalable, secure, highly available cloud infrastructure on Azure/Ali Cloud/Tencent Cloud.
· Develop maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, deployment processes fAI product.
· Implement infrastructure-as-code (IAC) using tools like Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation, ARM templates.
· Containerize applications using Dockerchestrate with Kubernetes/EKS/AKS.
· Monitsystem performance, troubleshoot issues, ensure optimal uptime reliability.
· Collaborate with development teams to optimize workflows enforce DevOps best practices.
· Ensure security compliance across cloud environments CI/CD pipelines.
· Automate operational tasks using scripting languages (Bash/Python/PowerShell).

Technical Stack Requirements
· Cloud Platforms: Azure / Ali Cloud / Tencent Cloud (multi-cloud experience is a plus)
· Infrastructure-as-Code: Terraform / Ansible / ARM
· CI/CD Tools: Jenkins / GitHub Actions / Azure DevOps

Experience & Qualifications
· 5+ years of experience in a Cloud / DevOps engineering role.
· Experience in relevant AI projects, understands AI products, knows the components principles of AI, has experience in deploying implementing AI open-source projects.
· Proven track record of building maintaining cloud-native infrastructure.
· Hands-on experience with containerizationchestration technologies.
· Understthe AI product AI component, have the user experience of AI product project, required to enhance the Layer 1 AI products deployment CICD pipeline set-up.
· Strong understanding of networking, security, compliance in cloud environments.
· Experience with monitoring, logging, alerting tools.
· Fluent in English with excellent verbal written communication skills.
· Ability to work collaboratively in a globally distributed team.

Preferred Skills
· Certifications such as Azure / Ali Cloud Certified DevOps Engineer, Azure DevOps Engineer Expert, CKA/CKAD (Certified Kubernetes Administrator).
· Experience with serverless architectures (Azure Function Apps App service).
· Knowledge of database management optimization (SQL/NoSQL).
· Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

日常职责如下：
1. 部署并维护Kubernetes集群
2. 设计CICD pipeline 并维护和不断持续改进
3. 在Azure上为部门的新服务做资源规划和管理
4. 使用Terraform和Ansible做基础设施部署
5. 维护ELK并收集日志进行分析
6. 使用Prometheus，Pagerduty等工具进行日常监控
7. 分析系统瓶颈
8. 维护 Cassandra, MySQL, Spark, ETCD, Kafka

二、核心工作职责
1. Azure DevOps平台运维与CI/CD流水线建设
o 负责 Azure DevOps 的日常管理，包括项目配置、权限管控、Agent 部署与维护；
o 设计并实现覆盖需求→开发→测试→部署全流程的自动化流水线，支持多环境（Dev/UAT/Prod）一键发布；
o 持续优化构建与部署效率，提升交付质量与稳定性。
2. 跨地域团队协作与沟通
o 使用英语作为主要工作语言，与海外团队进行日常沟通，包括需求对齐、技术方案评审、问题排查与状态同步；
o 参与全英文技术会议，撰写清晰的技术文档与沟通邮件，确保信息传递准确高效。
3. AI赋能与效率提升实践
o 主动探索并应用AI工具（如GitHub Copilot、Azure AI、通义灵码、ChatGPT等）辅助完成代码生成、脚本编写、日志分析、文档撰写等工作；
o 分享AI提效实践，推动团队形成“AI First”的工作文化。
4. 技术沉淀与知识共享
o 关注 Azure DevOps、Java 微服务及 DevOps 领域前沿技术动态；
o 将优质实践沉淀为标准化流程与团队规范，定期组织技术分享，促进团队能力提升。
三、任职资格要求
1. 核心技能要求
• Azure DevOps 实战经验
具备 2 年及以上 Azure DevOps 使用经验，熟练掌握 Pipeline、Repos、Work Items、Test Plans 等核心模块的配置与运维；能够独立设计并落地复杂场景下的 CI/CD 流水线，解决构建、部署过程中的各类技术问题。
• Java 开发能力
熟悉 Java 编程语言及 JDK8+ 核心特性；熟悉 Spring Boot、Spring Cloud 等主流框架，具备微服务架构设计与开发经验；熟悉 MySQL、Redis、MongoDB 等常用数据库的使用与性能优化。
• 英语沟通能力
具备流利的英语口语表达能力，能够无障碍参与全英文技术会议、进行跨团队业务沟通，并能独立撰写技术文档与邮件。有海外项目协作经验者优先。
• AI工具应用意识与能力
具备良好的AI工具使用意识，能熟练使用 AI 辅助完成代码编写、文档生成、问题排查、翻译等工作（如 GitHub Copilot、Copilot Chat、通义灵码、Notion AI 等）；具备将 AI 融入日常工作流程的能力者优先。
2. 其他技能与经验
• 熟悉 Git 版本控制工具，掌握分支管理策略（如 Git Flow、GitHub Flow）；了解 Maven、Gradle 等构建工具的使用与配置。
• 具备容器化技术实践经验，熟悉 Docker 构建与镜像管理，了解 Kubernetes 编排者优先。
• 了解 Jenkins、GitLab CI 等其他 CI/CD 工具，具备多平台流水线迁移经验者优先。
• 具备良好的问题排查能力、逻辑思维能力及抗压能力，能够快速响应并解决线上及研发过程中的突发技术问题。
• 拥有良好的团队合作精神与沟通协调能力，具备积极主动的工作态度和强烈的责任心。
3. 教育背景与工作经验
• 本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业；
• 至少 2–3 年 Azure，AWS，阿里云等主流云平台的 DevOps 相关工作经验；
• 有跨国企业或海外项目协作经验者优先。
