MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To drive sales to improve store performance to support the store manager to reach budget
协助店长达成门店销售业绩目标
• To guarantee visual merchandising standards across the store
确保门店陈列符合公司标准
• To deliver drive the team to ensure exceptional customer service are maintained across the store
带领团队高效的给顾客提供优质的服务
• To prepare monthly rota, daily planners holidays according to business needs
根据门店的业务需求，安排月度、每日排班以及员工的假期
• To coordinate the briefings encourage staff participation
组织晨会，提高员工参与度
任职要求:
REQUIREMENT:
职位要求：
• University degree is required
大学及以上学历
• Good in verbal written English, Mandarin; other languages are appreciated
良好的中英文书写及表达能力，其他语言可加分
• Strongganizational time management skills
良好的组织能力和时间管理能力
• Proactive communication
积极主动沟通
• Passion ffashion, market, competitors trend awareness
热爱时尚，对市场、竞品和流行趋势有敏感度
• Proven ability to boost profitability drive sales
具备出色的促进销售的能力
• Strong team management experience. Has lead a stable consistent career
具备团队管理能力，并有带领及稳定团队的相关经验
• At least 1 year experience in managing a section in retail industry, especially in fashion retail industry
一年以上零售管理经验，时尚零售行业优先

【职位描述】
1. 确保完成每日店铺运营管理工作

2. 完成销售指标,并且区域月度KPI排名达到前20%以上，KPI Score50%以上。

3. 顾客关系维护及管理

4. 确保店铺陈列及环境与品牌形象保持一致

5. 确保店铺运营工作符合公司相关政策

6. 处理顾客投诉及相关问题

7. 帮助店铺销售人员解决相关问题

8. 库存管理

9. 负责相关报表
职位要求：

1. 至少两年同等职位或资深销售职位经验

2. 良好的英文书写和表达能力

3. 对时尚和奢侈品产业有丰富的见解

4. 良好的沟通技巧及人际关系

5. 良好的顾客服务技巧

6. 积极主动，注意细节

工作职责：
1. 负责店铺日常管理工作；
2. 达成店铺销售目标；
2. 提高店铺的顾客服务水平；
岗位要求：
1.大专或以上学历（有经验者可放宽学历要求），熟悉电脑操作；
2.具有较强的商业意识和触觉，能有效促进店铺销售及提供高标准的客户服务。
