Cabot Corporation is seeking a Project Manager to join the Digital Portfolios Project Management Office (PMO) team in China. The PMO team serves as gatekeepers of the technology portfolios, ensuring Digital alignment to the business value compliance ensures effectiveness efficiency in project delivery.  As a project manager, you play an important role in driving Cabot Corp’s strategic tactical objectives through leadership management of programs projects. You will collaborate with sponsors cross-functional teams to plan develop scope, budget, schedule, deliverables, required resources, work plan finitiatives.
This position can be based in Cabot China office. 

How You Will Make an Impact
As a key member of the Digital team, you will:
1. Collaborate with Business Relationship Managers, Architecture, Application Platform, Service Delivery teams to initiate, plan, implement deploy initiatives (programs, projects, pilots POCs); including the budgetary quality control activities associated with the initiatives. 
2. Guide the delivery team through the cross-functional Project Delivery Life Cycle (PDLC) leverage best practices to continuously improve institutionalize the PDLC best practices.
3. Identify support fthe development, measurement reporting of Project Delivery Life Cycle DemManagement processes.
4. Coordinate the program/project budget general health of the Program/Project Portfolio
5. Understtechnical capabilities of underlying back-end systems.
6. Keep up to date with new Software Development technologies, best practices, trends.
7. Coach teams in the best practices tools required fsuccessful project management. 
8. Work with business stakeholders DLT team members to ensure successful delivery of initiatives.

9. Lead project execution (plan, coordinate track all phases). Related activities include: 
10. Support the RFP process.
11. Negotiate manage project scope, time, budget, quality per business needs.
12. Coordinate all necessary activities inside outside team/department to deliver Statement of Work (SOW) involving Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) secure charter approval.
13. Develops WBS, manages execution, identifies resolves issues.
14. Analyze project performance by tracking specific KPIs propose improvements.
15. Communicate project status phases with all stakeholders.
16. Train and/support development team on Agile processes
17. Support OCM as necessitated by a specific project/program.
18. Ensure project closure by managing transition to operations documenting lessons learned.

What You Will Bring to Cabot
1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, other with related work experience.
2. 5+ years of related work experience in IT business/industry.
3. One to three years (more) of leadership responsibility flarge, cross-functional projects, including influencing key stakeholders senileadership.
4. Proven track record of successfully leading complex change initiatives in largeganizations.
5. Experience working in a global/multi-nationalganization in a shared serviceganization.
6. Experience in leading large, geographically distributed, diverse teams.
7. Experience in the development management of IT processes, specifically, project management processes software development life cycle.
8. Experience in IT Budget Cost Management.
9. Relevant certifications, licenses, registrations such as: PMI (preferred, focused on PMP); Agile-related certification; ITSM (preferred, focused on ITIL COBIT); Domain-specific technology certifications.

Position Statement
The project manager will lead the end-to-end delivery of China digital initiatives, partnering closely with business technology stakeholders to drive timely execution, operational excellence, measurable business impact across digital channels.
Responsible fplanning, coordinating, delivering Digital initiatives across the full project lifecycle. This role partners with cross-functional internal teams external vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, aligned with business priorities. The PM will actively manage risks, dependencies, resources, while driving continuous improvement in processes post-launch performance.

• Support the delivery of China digital channel projects across the full project lifecycle
• Coordinate project activities, timelines, tasks, dependencies across internal teams external partners
• Track project progress provide clear regular status updates to project leads business stakeholders
• Maintain project documentation, including plans, requirements, risks, issues, change requests
• Assist in defining project scope, priorities, delivery schedules in alignment with business needs
• Identify risks, issues, blockers; work with team members to propose solutions escalate when needed
• Collaborate with operations teams to support post‑launch tracking, issue resolution, optimization activities
• Assist with resource coordination support basic budget vendmanagement activities
