Position Summary
The EHS Engineer (Environmental Focus) is responsible fleading managing environmental compliance sustainability initiatives, while supporting safety-related programs as a secondary function. This role requires strong knowledge in environmental management within chemical-related industries the ability to use English as a working language. Experience in coordinating managing security personnel is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with national local environmental regulations, permits, corporate environmental policies.
- Manage programs related to air emissions, wastewater treatment, solid waste disposal, hazardous waste management.
- Maintain environmental monitoring plans coordinate with third-party monitoring agencies.
- Lead environmental risk assessments implement pollution prevention measures.
- Manage environmental reporting, documentation, permit renewals.
- Support environmental audits regulatory inspections, including corrective action follow-up.
- Promote sustainability initiatives, including energy saving, waste minimization, carbon reduction measures.
Safety Management (Secondary Responsibility)
- Support site safety programs including hazard identification incident reporting.
- Assist in conducting JSAs, safety inspections, basic risk assessments.
- Participate in emergency response planning drills.
- Provide support fsafety-related training when needed.
Security Management
- Coordinate daily operations of security personnel, ensuring effective access control patrol management.
- Assist in maintaining enforcing site security procedures visitmanagement protocols.
- Monitcontractaccess to ensure compliance with safety security rules.
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree above in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Environmental Engineering, related fields.
Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in environmental management within chemical, manufacturing, related industries; experience supporting safety programs coordinating security personnel is required.
Technical Skills
Strong understanding of environmental regulations, pollutant discharge standards, hazardous waste management, spill response; familiarity with ISO 14001 ISO 45001 preferred.
Language & Other Skills
Ability to use English as a working language fcommunication reporting; proficient in Microsoft Office; strong communication coordination skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in chemical manufacturing multinational companies.
- Knowledge of sustainability initiatives such as carbon management waste minimization.
- Relevant professional certifications in environment safety.

主要职责
- 确保公司符合国家及地方环保法规、排污许可证要求及集团环境政策。
- 负责废气、废水、固废及危废管理，确保处置流程规范合规。
- 维护环境监测计划，并与第三方监测机构对接。
- 开展环境风险评估，推动污染预防措施实施。
- 负责环保相关报表、台账管理及许可证申报、变更与年审。
- 配合政府环保检查、第三方审核，并推动整改。
- 推动节能降耗、减排、资源效率提升等可持续发展项目。
安全管理（次要职责）
- 协助开展安全隐患识别、事故报告及整改跟进。
- 参与JSA分析、安全检查及基本风险评估。
- 参与应急预案制定与演练。
- 根据需要支持开展安全培训。
保安管理
- 协调现场保安人员日常工作，确保门禁管理、巡逻等工作有效执行。
- 协助制定与执行安保管理流程和访客管理要求。
- 监督施工单位及外来人员的现场访问管理，确保遵守安全与安保规定。
岗位要求
教育背景
本科及以上学历，化学工程、化学、环境工程等相关专业。
工作经验
5年以上环境管理相关经验，具备化工、制造业等行业经验；需具有保安管理或协调经验，并具备一定的安全管理能力。
专业技能
熟悉环保法规、污染物排放标准、危废管理要求及突发环境事件应对；熟悉ISO14001和ISO45001者优先。
语言能力
能以英文作为工作语言，包括沟通与技术报告撰写；熟练使用Microsoft Office。
优先条件
- 具有化工行业或跨国公司工作经验。
- 参与过可持续发展、碳管理或废物减量项目者优先。
- 持有环境工程师、安全工程师等相关证书者优先。

岗位要求：
1、参照通用电气医疗集团（GEHC）的环境、健康与安全（EHS）框架以及当地EHS相关法规要求，在GEHC上海CTP/CTC园区制定并推动强有力的EHS管理计划。
协助开展辐射安全相关工作，包括辐射职业健康（OH）体检安排（入职、离职、转岗、应急情况）、辐射剂量牌常规管理、辐射职业健康档案建立与管理、年度辐射报告及其他政府要求的报告编制。
2、协助EHS经理策划、启动并组织EHS宣传活动，运用多种方式开展沟通工作，例如EHS巡展、新闻通讯、线下活动等。
3、预防EHS相关违规行为，协助园区设施管理（FM）团队在设施管理运营及活动执行过程中，维护安全、健康且环保的工作场所。
管理并维护EHS相关许可证，确保合规，包括但不限于环境（废气排放、废水排放、危险废物）、消防、特种设备等方面的许可证。
4、开展常规EHS合规性自我评估，及时找出中国EHS法律法规及标准的差距。主导采取行动以确保EHS合规。
5、推动园区关键EHS设备计划的实施。
6、推动GEHC EHS变更管理流程的实施，及时评估、筛选并批准或否决新设备、新工艺或新设施，必要时推动EHS影响评估流程。
7、协助开展工作场所职业健康（OH）和工业卫生（IH）危害评估与评价，并协调开展常规监测工作。
8、协助管理CTP/CTC园区的空气、废水、废物和噪声。包括但不限于常规空气、废水和废物库存管理，以及常规第三方监测。
9、协助营造浓厚的EHS文化氛围，在园区内组织EHS宣传活动与沟通工作。
10、协助开展EHS风险评估和岗位安全分析，确定合适的技术解决方案以降低已识别出的危害。
11、参与ISO 14001、45001和50001管理体系的运行，开展内部审核并采取后续行动以推动持续改进。
12、开发、组织并开展EHS培训。协助管理员工EHS培训安排、培训跟踪、记录管理等工作。
13、管理GEHC的承包商活动，与房东就承包商管理进行协调，并作为GEHC的EHS代表审查承包商EHS计划并签署EHS相关许可证。
14、协助设施管理团队全面实施EHS变更管理（MOC）流程，及时捕捉并评估任何变更带来的EHS影响。
15、对工作区域、设备和工艺开展EHS检查与审核，跟踪所有已识别问题的整改直至完全解决。
16、开展事故调查，找出根本原因并监督整改措施的实施。
任职资格
1、安全、环境或相关工程专业的学士学位。
2、至少3年环境、健康与安全相关工作经验，有大型园区或类似工作经验者优先；有EHS3、3、宣传工作经验（员工健康、环境保护等）者更佳。
4、熟悉辐射职业健康管理与档案建立管理，包括辐射职业健康体检安排、剂量牌管理、辐射年度报告等。
5、熟悉环境、安全与健康法律法规及标准。
6、持有中国安全管理人员资格证书。
7、持有ISO
14001/45001/50001内审员资格证书。
8、持有中国消防安全管理证书者优先。
9、持有中国注册安全工程师证书者优先。
10、具备良好的沟通能力和EHS管理技能，在跨职能团队中能很好地协作。
11、具备良好的英语口语和书面表达能力。
12、具备良好的组织能力，能够推动EHS活动开展并提高园区员工的EHS意识。
13、熟悉办公软件，包括Excel、Word和PPT。
14、有强烈的学习和成长意愿。

Role Purpose Statement
The Safety engineer is responsible fsupporting the development, implementation, continuous improvement of occupational health, safety, environmental (EHS) programs to ensure compliance with legal requirements company standards. The role exists to proactively identify reduce workplace risks, promote a strong safety culture, help ensure that employees, contractors, operations function safely sustainably.



Main Accountabilities
1.Comply with the company’s safety management system support the maintenance effective operation of the system.
2.Organize safety risk assessments hazard identification activities. Conduct on-site safety inspections, help employees contractors improve risk identification capabilities, report findings from the site to supervisors to support continuous improvement of on-site safety across all areas.
3.Monitthe implementation of safety measures provide recommendations fimprovement.
4.Assist in identifying applicable industry laws regulations support the factory in implementing regulatory compliance requirements.
5.Organize safety training sessions emergency response drills.
6.Be responsible foccupational health management.
7.Assist with the management of company fire protection facilities, including tracking supervising fire system inspection maintenance results.
8.Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Education & Experience:
1.Full-time bachelor’s degree above obtained through a nationally recognized program; majors in Safety, Engineering, related fields are preferred.
2.More than 10 years of EHS management experience in multinational foreign-invested companies.
3.Have intermediate certified safety engineer qualification (Registered Safety Engineer).
