embedded software engineer岗位职责

As an Embedded Software engineer, you work together with Autoflight team members to develop low level software requirements based on provided system/high level requirements. Those requirements will then be implemented software embedded in the V2000EM aircraft, cover functions such as dataloading, onboard monitoring mission management functions (list not exhaustive).
In this scope, your duties responsibilities are the following:
• Understsystem high level requirements of the functions to implement.
• Establish good relationships understanding with the system teams team members developing the high level requirements fyour assigned function.
• Develop the provided high level requirements a safe, maintainable testable software architecture software, following Autoflight’s software requirements coding standards, software verification plan.
• Establish maintain traceability between low high level requirements.
• Establish maintain traceability between code low level requirements.
• Identify “derived requirements” “safety related” requirements, feed them back to the high system level requirement writers.
• the software design documents (architecture low level requirements) baselines, according to Autoflight’s Configuration Management Plan.
• Coordinate with the software tester/integrator/verifier (internal third party) to ensure the correct complete verification of the software.
• Take account Software integration/verification team feedback to correct/improve the software design implementation.
• Participate to the Change Control Boards when called in.
Autoflight is an international company with offices in China Europe (Germany). While the position is based in Shanghai, China, a big part of the interactions will be with English speaking third parties.

•You have a degree in computer science, electronics system engineering. You have been involved in the development of embedded software fsafety critical equipment in the automotive, the medical (ideally) the aeronautical field.
•You are very comfortable writing code in C C++.
•Knowledge of other languages (ADA, Python, Rust), Model Based Development with tools
•You are familiar with embedded real time operating systems, ideally Arinc 653 compliant OS. You know how to build, test debug real-time embedded software.
•You are familiar with safety critical development frameworks, such as ISO26262, IEC 62304, IEC 60601-1, ARP4754/4761, ideally DO-254/178C/331/332.
•You are comfortable reading, writing, understanding speaking English.

Key responsibilities 主要职责：
1. 参与项目需求分析，负责嵌入式平台的软件(驱动/应用)开发及维护，参与设计系统方案和系统架构，具体承担嵌入式软件相关功能模块设计、编码、调试工作，确保项目进度和质量相关要求；
2. 协助硬件工程师优化基于ARM/Linux的工业控制系统，支持硬件工程师调试和PC端上位机应用软件工程师开发; 与上层软件开发人员共同制定软件与FPGA接口；
3. 负责嵌入式软件系统（驱动/应用）相关问题的解决，Linux/RTOS系统下软件的开发与优化，支持量产维护等产品生命周期中的各个环节与效率优化；
4. 选择嵌入式操作系统进行软件移植、开发和优化，负责模块设计、代码实现、集成、仿真和测试；
5. 编写相关设计文档, 协同测试等部门解决研发、生产测试及量产过程中出现的软件问题；
Key requirement 资历要求 :
1. 计算机、电子、通信、自动化等相关专业，本科及以上学历；
2. 熟练掌握C/C++语言，有扎实的编程功底，良好的代码书写风格，熟练掌握VxWorks/QNX/FreeRTOS/Linux操作系统的应用层软件开发，2年以上嵌入式软件开发经验；
3.熟练掌握C/C++调试方法和工具；
4.熟悉x86、ARM等平台，具备基本硬件平台调试能力；
5.具有丰富的软件故障解决经验；
6.熟悉工业以太网，如Modbus、EtherCA、DeviceNet等；
7.强烈的责任心、自信心，工作积极主动、执行力强，具有良好的沟通能力、团队合作精神、具有独立分析问题和解决问题的能力，具有开放的心态、快速学习能力；
有以下相关经验者优先考虑 Desired Skills：
1. 了解计算机底层原理、操作系统原理；
2. 熟练使用EtherCAT，有丰富的EtherCAT调试诊断经验；
3. 有Qt或者WPF开发经验;
4. 有数据分析和建模等经验。

• Skilled with Infineon Aurix MCU.
• Skilled with CAN tools, like VectCANoe, CANalyzer, CANape.
• Skilled with software development process.
• Software debug experience of Lauterbach.
