岗位职责：
1. 根据企业在财务核算、财务管理、预算管理等方面的需求和流程，制定合理的FICO解决或优化方案。
2. 参与制定集成方案，作为财务顾问参与跨模块业务方案流程需求梳理、业务流程方案确定、系统测试以及上线切换。
3. 负责FICO模块的详细配置，如定义会计科目表、设置凭证类型、配置外币评估、配置往来重分类等。
4. 组织和开展用户培训工作，不断优化培训材料和培训方式。
5. 负责FICO使用过程中用户出现的系统问题，保障系统平稳运行，支持公司核心业务流程。
6. 负责分析、评估业务部门涉及FICO的需求，提出合理化建议。
任职要求：
1. 拥护党的领导，遵纪守法，勤勉尽责，职业道德操守和个人信用记录良好。
2. 全日制本科及以上学历，管理学、财务、计算机等相关专业。
3. 具备5年及以上FICO&PS模块实施或运维经验，至少参加过3个不同项目。
4. 精通SAP FICO模块的业务流程，熟悉模块后台配置，并具备处理疑难问题的能力。
5. 熟悉国际会计准则，具有CPA、ACCA等财会相关证书者优先。
6. 拥有良好的英语沟通交流表达能力，接受不定期海外出差。
7. 熟悉其他模块，如BPC、TRM、CFIN、MM、CONCUR等优先考虑。

【岗位职责】：
1. 负责SAP FICO组整体的项目实施、需求实施、日常运维等实施和管理工作
2. 协调内外部资源，解决项目实施及工作过程中遇到的问题
3. 负责为集团各个业务板块财务信息化提供专业支持
4. 及时完成上级领导安排的各项工作
【职位要求】：
1. 本科以上学历，会计、财务管理、信息管理等相关专业
2. 3年以上SAP FICO实施和运维经验，且要有制造业项目实施经验；
3. 熟悉FICO与SAP其他模块集成功能，熟悉SAP与外围系统，如共享、资金、税务等系统集成；
4. 有较强的业务理解、需求分析、功能设计、项目管理、文档撰写、演讲表达能力；
5. 有RPA机器人等自动化实施经验优先；
6. 有乙方顾问经验优先；
7. 会debug和查看abap代码优先。

Job Responsibilities:
1. Implements full cycle SAP projects/ roll-outs / enhancements change requests
2. Follow the full life cycle of project in areas of business process review, as-is analysis, gap analysis, blueprint preparation, functional specification, system design configuration, testing go-live support to drive deliver end-to-end activities SAP solution fimplementation roll-out projects
3. Closely work with clients in the selection, implementation, production support of application-packaged solutions. E.g. S4HANA OP/Cloud ES/Cloud PCE
4. Leverage in-depth consulting skills, business knowledge, packaged solution expertise to integrate packaged technology the clients’ business environment effectively inder to achieve client expected business results
5. Sharing knowledge within the team helping in building up competencies and/improving the quality of deliverables
6. Effectively uses teamwork to contribute to a high morale/high-performance team culture, consulting attitude strong personal integrity
7. Assist in the coordination collaboration of external consultants (Customer & Suppliers) as well as internal team members.
8. Design practical, creative, conceptual technical solutions fbusiness requirements balancing appropriate technology, cost implementation timeline.
9. Complete other duties as required by the Manager from time to time
Job Requirements:
1. 5+years SAP FICO (AP, AR, GL, AA, PCA, PA, CCA, PC, IO) Implementation experience;
2. Good both Mandarin English Communication Capability;
3. SAP FICO Hands-On experience should cover Parallel Accounting, Revenue Recognition, Material cost Evaluation purchasing price variance handling, productionder/service agreement/serviceder/project/internalder settlement variance analysis, bank integration, Finance Report Consolidation etc.
4. Experience in Automobile industry.
5. Experience in S/4 Cloud SAP Fiori is a plus.
6. Individual implementation experience f3+ SAP projects.
