Context
Works either in Customer Support in BL Apps (AE, Brion HMI) can be located in the field as well as at HQ working on sustaining, NPI customer projects. Interfaces with project leaders mostly within own sectproject team.
Has basic skill set to practically make use of knowledge to resolve issues that have known solution in a limited competency domain.

BSc in technical field with limited experience.
Responsibilities
Escalation support
Contributes to serviceder actions problem description clarification.
New product / service development
Is able to find right channel to report VOC related to existing product functionality to product teams.
New product / service roll out
Executes predefined standard tasks (e.g. part of a beta test plan, creates section of knowledge documents).
Node solution definition
Executes analysis work within a single competence/domain, typically following predefined paths. Reviews work with others before formally sharing.
Node solution integration
Executes the detailed plans while supervised by others.
Knowledge sharing
Shares own findings wow with rest of the team
Operational excellence
Knows adheres to existing processes rules. Highlights improvement proposals in own daily work. Understands impact of non-quality own contribution to it.
Business Support
Is able to set priorities in daily work based on operational business sense understanding customer driven impacts KPIs (tool down, layer down, rework, scrap). Speaks up triggers VoC.
Customer Demo
Supports in demo preparation, execution logistics.
Data analysis
Collects data, performs data checks, processes data to perform technical analysis using established tools methods. Usage of default toolsets analysis methods as explained.

Job Responsibilities：
1、Collaborate with sales to provide technical support before, during after sales, align product value with customer needs, facilitate the final delivery of the product.
2、Responsible fdata modeling, data model analysis optimization, demonstrating product operation to customers, regularly sharing training sales customers.
3、The key problems of substandard detection accuracy caused by factors such as experimental operation should be overcome solved to achieve the technical goals of the project ultimately meet the customers requirements.
4、Identify the problems obstacles that affect the final delivery of the product promptly report them to the department leader until the issues are resolved.
Position Requirements：
1、Bachelors degree above, with a background in chemistry, physics other science engineering fields.
2、Have a good knowledge of physical chemical experiments experience in laboratory testing analysis.
3、Have experience in the operation debugging of analytical instrument meter experiments, familiarity with near-infrared spectrometers is preferred.
4、Fluent in English, capable of being used as a working language. Those with Italian proficiency are preferred.
5、Willing to travel within the European region.

Job Description:
Work closely with sales team to promote design-in products(MCU,SOC) from end customers(CN local MCU supply companies).
Familiar with 32bit automotive Grade MCU work experience, MCU design experience(CAN FD/ CAN XL integration) will be preferred, FPGA experience will be a plus point.
Keep good relationship with customers, including R&D, Quality purchase.
Track customers‘ projects progress be the owner of project management to secure projects on right track till mass production
Work closely with German technical support team to solve technical issues, analyze feedback requirement
Job Qualification:
At least 3yrs experience, majin Electronic Engineering/Computer Science/Computer Engineering
Familiar with IC hardware design language VHDL Verilog.
Good C Language Programming skill.
Familiar with 32bit automotive Grade MCU work experience, MCU design experience(Timer, interrupt, DMA) will be preferred, FPGA experience will be a plus point.(CAN)
Good presentation & communication skills.
Fluency in spoken & written English ( communication w/ Germany via teams email )
Team work, High-level of self-discipline initiative.
