Job Responsibilities:
1. Be responsible fpromptly handling resolving any abnormal process technical issues that arise during the work of subordinates, provide technical support to customers, ensure the normal operation of customer production lines.
2. Communicate with subordinates irregularly to monitthe quality of key work, communicate with leaders irregularly to summarize report key work.
3.ganize team building activities, enhance members capabilities, cultivate a talent reserve.
4.ganize lead team members to hold regular communication exchange meetings with customers, provide feedback solutions to technical product requirements raised by customers, share customer information internally.
5.ganize lead the team to promote the implementation of work in each position, achieve the target-oriented work undertaken by the process group, advance project work, continuously improve to reduce costs increase efficiency.
6. Ensure the achievement of various process indicators, technical projects, special cases.

Job descriptions:
Application Engineer/Manager acts as the technical interface between group customers, is required to work together with account managers as well as other departments in providing excellent technical support to maximize our business at customers.
The main duties responsibilities include:
• Secure the highest level of support to customers in terms of competence, responsiveness quality of service in all areas, such as, technical consulting, wafer optimization, problem solving, spec proposals, qualifications.
• Establish an effective taskiented communication with our customers, account teams, other departments
• Promote Group’s products to customers to initiate qualification to support business opportunities
• Proactively work with customers to determine their future technological trends needs provide input fproduct technology strategy.
• Drive the investigation to identify the root cause solution to resolve customer yield quality issues effectively.
• Introduce qualify process changes fcustomers
• Coordinate specification optimization with customers
• Support affected Group’s Operations/Business Services in all relevant technical customer requirements
• Act as 300mm Fab FAE role to support oversea direct FAE on promoting company’s products as well as the coordination of technical support.

Job Requirements:
Min. BS Degree in Engineering / EE / Material Science / Physics, MS Ph.D is a plus
The Application manager / Application Engineer should have the following skills experience. Persons not complying with the requirements have to get the necessary training.
• Min. 3 years of Semiconductworking experience, experience in IC Power device Silicon Wafer fabrication is a plus
• Good experience in data management statistical analysis
• Experience in customer interface is a plus
• Possesses initiative, self-motivation the ability to work well under pressure manage multiple priorities
• Ability to travel
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Fluent in English communication
• Demonstrated problem solving skills
• Proficient with Microsoft products (e.g.., Word, Excel, Powerpoints)

Context
Works either in Customer Support in BL Apps (AE, Brion HMI) can be located in the field as well as at HQ working on sustaining, NPI customer projects. Interfaces with project leaders mostly within own sectproject team.
Has basic skill set to practically make use of knowledge to resolve issues that have known solution in a limited competency domain.

Executes the detailed plans while supervised by others.

Customer Demo
Supports in demo preparation, execution logistics.
Data analysis
Collects data, performs data checks, processes data to perform technical analysis using established tools methods. Usage of default toolsets analysis methods as explained.
