Job Responsibilities：
• Deliver management reporting, provide data based on which decision can be made
• Monitvalue flow, identify the deviation of the process, make the process accurate more efficient
• Support business process excellence automation
• Proceed Controlling transactional work in automated way
• To meet the requirement of month-end SAP_CO close activities including analytical review of the monthly results variance analysis
• To support the Business by developing enhancing forward looking metrics including on-going rolling forecasts.
• To review assets valuation including inventory Capex
• To verify Capital Expense monitthe movement of Capital investment concerning Operational Excellence
• To participate in regional SAP implementation improvement projects
• Other ad hoc tasks required by manager
Job requirements
• Type of education degree: Bacheldegree with majin Accounting, FP&A Costing
• Language: Fluental written English
• Professional Certification: CMA other accounting certificate is a plus
• Total 8-10 years finance working experience, including 3-5 years FP&A experiences, costing is a plus
• System implementation experience is a plus
• Better to have process improvement achievement
• Excel: Advanced Excel user,
• Power BI, Excel Query, Microsoft access knowledge is a plus
• ERP: SAP FI/CO/MM module
• Drive influence business process improvement
• Effective communication good team work
• Strong business partnering

Main Responsibilities:
1. Ensure accounting policies, procedures practices in Own company are implemented consistent with group statutory requirement.
2. Support monthly closing, forecast, budget Financial Plan of Company, prepare review monthly financial report KPI frevenue, sales statistic, direct margin, production cost, department expenses, variances analysis corrective action plan, etc. Conduct details analysis of revenue, profit, by product/customer/sectwith sales team.
3. Provide standardized financial reports designed to cover the needs.
4. Ensure consistent timely data ffurther analysis establishment of monthly comments.
5. Liaise with the shared services accounting team in compliance with Group accounting & reporting Manual local legal requirements (tax, company laws, audit)
6. Contribute to the optimization of working capital cash flow in cooperation with plant controllers.
7. Optimize tax finance cost in co-operation with group tax external consultancy.
8. Manage cash pool, interest currency risks in co-ordination with Group CFA.
9. Follow up Monitcompany Cash collection effort.
10. Establish maintain company files containing external internal documents.
11.Contribute to continuous improvement through exploiting further rationalization opportunities fadministration also by defining deployment of the best practices work methodologies; Develop the company culture the management approach by supporting sharing the Autoneum values.
12. Work with the business leaders to advise on the KPI’s, collect relevant information provide suggestions on areas of improvement.
13. All other duties assigned by the line managers.
Main Qualifications:
1. Bacheldegree above, majin Finance / Accounting, having good fundamental understanding on accounting
Plus 5 years’ finance working experience, at least 3 years in a big middle size foreign investment company
2. Sound working knowledge of fundamental accounting principles taxation issues
3. Ability to function in a multi-cultural matrix reporting structure
4. Strong Financial Management Analytical Skills with an eye fdetails
5. Proficiency in MS-Excel is critical & knowledge of other MS Office accounting products is desirable
6. Excellent interpersonal, analytical,ganizational skills
7. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment. Extremely self-motivated
8. Must be articulate in spoken & written English
9. Must have a high degree of comfort working, dealing negotiating with middle & senimanagement, both Chinese foreign

Reporting to: Finance Director, Country
SeniAccounting Manager/Finance Controller is responsible foverseeing the accounting function within the Finance Department. This role is pivotal in managing overall accounting operations ensuring compliance with both management statutory requirements. The position also involves refining, managing, implementingganizational structures, systems, processes to maintain robust internal controls over all financial activities.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate closely with the Finance Directto develop implement improvements aimed at achieving all financial objectives.
• Oversee general accounting operations, including inter-company accounting, account reconciliations, financial reporting (HFM), balance sheet management. Provide technical GAAP guidance support to company entities, ensuring timely accurate application of accounting principles.
• Ensure that the Accounting, Taxation, Treasury, Payroll, Tax teams possess the necessary skills knowledge.
• Identify manage the companys financial treasury risks, ensuring adherence to accountability performance standards.
• Monitcoordinate monthly closing activities, review monthly/quarterly account reconciliations, other documentation to ensure compliance.
• Coordinate the preparation of monthly, quarterly, annual financial statements ftax return preparation, regulatory filings, company consolidation purposes.
• Oversee capital expenditure, investments, the establishment dissolution of entities.
• Optimize processes related to accounts receivable, accounts payable, intercompany transactions, VAT invoice management to enhance efficiency resolve payment issues.
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of operational issues, providing insights recommendations to management, including advice on compliance with Tax Accounting regulations.
• Serve as the primary contact fall audit requirements, liaising with internal external audit processes.
Competencies/Other Requirements:
• BA/BS degree in Accounting Finance; a solid understanding of accounting principles is required if the degree is in Finance.
• CPA certification is preferred.
• Over 10 years of experience, including supervisory and/management roles, with recent experience in financial management within a project-based service-based environment.
• Proficiency in financial accounting software reporting tools, includingacle, Hyperion Planning, HFM, as well as all MS Office applications necessary ffinancial analysis.
• Experience managing multiple functional disciplines a single highly specialized complex function.
• Proven leadership abilities in multicultural possibly multinational settings.
• Demonstrated capacity to form, lead, develop high-performing teams.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across departmental functions within global, multicultural teams.
