finance controller岗位职责

Tasks Responsibilities 岗位职责:
1、协助管理所有日常财务事项，包括但不限于应收、应付、总账、成本会计和税务。
Assist in the management of all daily finance matters, including but not limited to, AR, AP, GL, Cost Accounting, Tax.
2、协助监督公司收入与支出，收付款计划，确保现金流的正常运行。
Assist in the supervision of the companys income expenditure & the companys payment plan, to ensure the normal operation of cash flow.
3、充分理解成本结构，成本差异分析，控制费用与成本，合理节约公司成本费用，提供优化改进；
Fully understcost structure, cost variances analysis control, provide the direction fimprovement.
4、分析公司料、工、费等变动成本，报废率及返修成本等。
Analyze the companys variable cost: materials, labor, manufacturing costs, scrap ratio, rework cost, etc.
5、根据每种产品的生产情况及报废率，进行毛利分析。
Analyze gross profit of each product based on the actual production scrap.
6、检查AS400系统中的标准成本准确性。
Check ensure the standard cost of products in the AS400 system correct.
7、分析实际成本与标准成本的差异，提出改进建议。
Analyze the variance between the actual cost the standard cost, provide suggestions fimprovement.
8、逐月分析费用的变化，分析实际与预算差异原因。
Analyze expenses changes month by month, work out the variance between actual budget.
9、收集预算数据以支持预算的编制。
Collect budget data to support budget planning.
10、实际成本和费用与预算进行对比，分析预算达成情况。
Compare actual costs expenses with budget, analyze budget achievement.
11、新项目收入与成本监控及分析。
Analyze monitthe revenue cost of new projects.
12、持续审查现有的工作实践和流程，以确定和实施改进。
Continuously review existing working practices processes to identify implement efficiency improvements.
13、与各部门建立良好的工作关系，以了解业务和业务需求。
Build good working relationships inder to understthe business the needs of the business.
14、协助财务经理对财务团队进行培训和提升发展，确保她们工作能正常积极有序开展。
Assist the Financial Manager in the coaching development of the Finance Team, to ensure their work smoothly.
15、确保所有报告在规定的期限内准确完成。
Ensure all reporting is completed accurately by the required deadline.
16、协助准备和整理年度外部审计。
Assist in the preparation collation fannual external audit.
17、完成上级领导交办的其他工作。
Other tasks assigned.

Requirements 任职资格:
1、本科及以上会计专业学历。
Bacheldegree above in Accounting.
2、拥有3-5年或以上制造业财务控制和分析领域经验。
3-5+ years as controller analyzer in manufacturing company is required.
3、熟练使用Excel，并进行数据分析，有ERP使用经验，有用友U8和AS400系统使用经验者优先考虑。
Strong Excel database skills, Large ERP Software experience, U8 AS400 system preferred.
4、优秀的分析能力和问题解决能力。
Strong analytical problem-solving skills.
5、优秀的沟通能力和组织能力。
Strong communicationganizational skills.
6、团队合作与独立工作能力。
Team player have ability to work independently.
7、良好的英语听说读写能力。
Good English in writing speaking.

2、主持国内财务报表及财务预决算编制工作，为公司决策提供及时有效的财务分析；
3、比较精确的监控和预测公司现金流量，监控公司资本、负债结构，有效风险管控；
4、负责财务月结以及交易审核；
5、负责相应公司的集团层面的标准化和风险管理；
6、深入了解运营，财务角度协助运营，参与财务流程的优化，和财务分析模型的搭建；
7、集团层面的报表及会计政策的紧密跟踪以及执行。

任职要求：
1、沟通组织协调能力强，熟练的英语听说读写能力；
2、本科学历，会计或财务管理专业，CPA/ACCA持有者优先；
3、5年以上相关工作经验；
4、熟悉中方会计准则以及国际会计准则；
5、办公软件熟练，尤其是excel和powerpoint, BI运用熟练者优先。
