Key Responsibilities
Business Partnering & Support
Act as the primary finance business partner to project management, business development, clinical operations teams.
Support project budgeting, forecasting, profitability analysis at the study/project level.
Provide financial insights recommendations to drive cost efficiency margin improvement.
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
Lead the annual budgeting quarterly forecasting processes fthe business unit.
Monitfinancial performance against budget forecast, highlighting risks opportunities.
Develop track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to revenue, billability, utilization, project margins.
Project & Contract Financial Management
Review support pricing models, contract financial terms, changeders fclient contracts.
Track project financials including revenue recognition (e.g., percentage of completion), costs, milestone billing.
Work closely with project managers to ensure financial compliance with client contracts internal policies.
Reporting & Compliance
Prepare monthly management reports dashboards fleadership.
Ensure compliance with local accounting standards, tax regulations, internal controls.
Support internal external audits as required.
Ad Hoc Analysis
Perform financial modeling scenario analysis to support new business opportunities, client negotiations, operational improvements.
Qualifications & Experience
Required
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, related field.
• 5+ years of relevant finance experience, ideally within a CRO, pharmaceutical, clinical research, life sciences environment.
• Strong understanding of project-based accounting, revenue recognition (e.g., IFRS 15), contract financial management.
• Excellent Excel financial modeling skills.
• Strong communication stakeholder management skills – ability to translate financial data actionable business insights.
• Fluency in English (both written spoken).
Preferred
• Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, CIMA, equivalent).
• Experience working in a matrixed, multinationalganization.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP,acle, NetSuite) project accounting tools.

Cordinate other depts to draw out finance budget including cash plan, set down financing plan
组织其他部门拟订公司财务预算(包含资金计划)并制定相应的筹资计划
Attend the important meeting of the company,answer questions on finance work,participate management decision- making of the company
出席公司重要会议，接受财务工作的质询，并参与公司的经营决策
Analyze cost expense variance, calculate cost forecast the trend of cost, give the method suggest of decreasing cost
分析销售收入、成本与费用的增减变动情况，核算成本并预测成本发展趋势，提出降低成本、费用的途径和加强成本管理的建议

1、协助财务负责人财务管理，财务战略规划并组织实施，完善财务部门标准化工作体系；
2、协助财务负责人公司财务管理规范，负责对接海外子公司财务管理工作；
3、负责全面预算组织与管控、内部控制监督与财务风险治理，做好利润收益、现金流规划及管控；
4、负责跟进公司债权融资及其他融资业务支持；
5、参与公司重要经营活动等方面的决策及方案制定，井对重大投资项目和经营活动进行风险评估、跟踪和财务风险控制，定期制作财务分析报表，分析各种财务指标，发现潜在经营问题，为决策层提供参考；
6、做好内外关系的维护，税务、银行等部门接洽协调并保持良好的关系；
7、其他交办的工作。
任职要求：
1、985院校统招本科及以上学历，财务、会计相关专业；
2、5年以上工作经验，英语基础好，有合并报告能力，有四大审计或资本项目经验优先；
3、熟悉国家财税相关政策、国家金融政策，企业财务制度及流程，精通相关行业财税法律法规，较强的税务合格、风险控制和财务分析能力；
4、良好的沟通与合作能力，勤奋踏实，为人正直、逻辑性强、工作责任感强。
